Horribly ignorant and insensitive to handicapped people. After my handicapped mother made it all the way down there and bought me clothes in the wrong size, I brought them down for an exchange. The moron behind the counter failed to listen and returned them to her card instead. I would never ask her to go back down there. Goodbye forever Dillard's

Bathrooms are 10/10The level of comfort and love that is in that bathroom the moment you walk in. A small open room to the side of the stalls and sinks with a changing table and chairs. Walked in did my business and never left.
