I lived the service I got my 2nd ear peircing here and I was a bit nervous but the girl that was doing my peircing was making me SUPER comfortable and I'm so glad I got them because it didn't hurt and they all seem super professional

They are amazing, we love the owner, he is so professional and precise with piercing. They make you feel like family and are so fun to talk to and are easy to drop into. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a high quality and hygienic place for a piercing! We did both of these piercings here, ten years apart, to the day! So it was true Deja vu!!

Ive gone here multiple times and its sad because i absolutely loved the staff they are definitely friendly but do NOT trust the piercers keep in mind after care is super important to me this was just straight up them missing the mark everytime i go here i end up with a messed up piercing done incorrectly and painful after months had to take both piercings out and i dont have that kind of money so this was definitely not cool their great people just maybe need more training

I always come here whenever I lose a piercing because they have a great variety and last time I was there they didn't have the retainer jewelry for my septum but when I went just recently to get a new piece of jewelry I saw that they had retainers for my septum so they definitely listen to their customers and I will definitely recommend these people

I just had a stem piercing done. It has really helped with my insomnia and anxiety. I love that a piercing can help treat this. I hate medication. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The owner has years of experience and is a wonderful person.

My husband brought me here to get my nose pierced for my birthday. The man with the beard and woman with purple hair at the front were very nice, informative and helpful. While I was waiting my turn for my piercing, I heard the owner/piercer, Steve telling the person in the piercing room that he had invented a piercing that could cure autism and PTSD.. this made me feel very uncomfortable as both my sons have autism and my husband has PTSD from serving our country. I’ve been to countless doctor’s appointments and therapy sessions and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of a “cure”.. sounds like a scam on the vulnerable. When it was my turn I got the same exact spill he gave the lady before me, so it sounds like he is trying to sell this to everybody. Apparently Steve invented a magic cure all piercing that will fix insomnia, PTSD, anxiety, depression and autism. It amazes me that he was saying it so casually, especially since he is not even a medical professional. People with autism don’t need to be “fixed”, Autism is a lifelong developmental condition that has no cure or fix. This man is selling snake oil and preying on the vulnerable, it’s WRONG!!! The woman who did the nose piercing was quick, professional and kind. The staff was great, but I will not be back. If I had known prior to paying that he is saying these things and preying on the vulnerable, I would have never gave them my business. If you or your loved ones are struggling I pray you seek REAL medical treatment and advice rather than submitting your loved ones struggling with mental health disorders, sensory issues or autism to the pain of a piercing in hopes of a cure.

I went to get some piercings done with my 4 year old son. The guy who rung me up was extremely nice and informative. As I made the payment I had to wait for my piercer to arrive. Well, I'm so glad I had to wait. The landlord ended up coming and immediately started yelling at the employees. Everyone became tense. One of the men in the back started to argue back stating "you shouldn't be acting this way we have customers!" The landlord just kept on going. One of the female employees had to get in-between the two guys fighting. She was pleading for them to stop. I just got up and knocked on the cashiers table, trying not to make too much noise as I didn't want to be noticed by the landlord. As I knocked on the table to get the cashiers attention, I asked for a refund. Without blinking he said "yes, of course." "I am so sorry". I told them "no, I feel sorry for you guys." I got a return and the sweet girl that had to stand in-between the two guys kept apologizing. I felt so awful for them. She looked so stressed. Thankfully my son was on my phone watching number blocks so he didn't remember hearing anything. I just hope these employees find another place to work. I didn't feel safe. I can't imagine how the employees feel having to go in and out everyday.

I go here for piercings and they are great. They are always willing to put Daiths back in after MRIs and when needed. I recommend them to everyone. Much better piercings than a jewelry store.

Went in for an ear piercing. Friendly peeps and they were helpful and informative. piercing was a little low and off the mark. He pierced it backwards… but it worked. ? I should have given it a better look in the mirror before approving when dude asked if it was good. Not entirely his fault!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the girl upfront yesterday 3/8/24 was so nice and helpful. I only went to get my piercing changed in my tragus from a stud to a hoop and it was more painful than the piercing its self. The guy seemed very fast paced and seemed to have a hard time getting his fingers around my ear, I didn’t even see the piercing get cleaned from when the girl was holding it out front to it being put in my ear which paranoid me. Then the piercer in passing said whoever pierced my ear did it at a bad angle which I don’t know if he is telling the truth or just was struggling but he didn’t take the time to show me or talk to me about what he was seeing. After shoving the hoop through which put me on the brink of tears it was bleeding and he literally just said “you’re good to go” no further instructions and didn’t even clean the blood off my ear before leaving. Overall he seemed unhygienic and not interested in giving a good experience. I wish they asked for a tip after and not before because I would have not added one. I think his name was Richard or something.

I had Steve do a stem piercing for me to help with my anxiety. All I have to say was it was an amazing experience. He was able to find the perfect spot for my piercing and relived my stress and anxiety instantly. I felt so tense and was so stressed and anxious and just had a heavy feeling in my body and it instantly went away. I felt like a rock was lifted off my shoulders, I feel so tired and just so relaxed and relieved now. I’m the type of person that always has to be on my feet doing stuff constantly but after this piercing I feel like I can just take a step back and just relax. I feel like I could also just fall asleep. Everything that he explained to me that would happen, did happen. I highly recommend!!!
