Waited somewhere else for more than 20 mins for eyebrows, i called when i was on my way here to get in. They got me in. Within a minute of walking in Khan did my eyebrows. He was very nice. Will be going there again. . I was a bit skeptical at first a guy doing my eyebrows. For a man he wasnt bad for doing eyebrows,

If the people that run Davi Nails weren't so snotty I'd possibly give it 3 stars. My nails didn't last long. I was hugely disappointed. I won't go there again and waste money on this place.
Stylist: The Stylist that did my nails had no manners. She was rude & demanding. She was not pleasant. She seemed miserable & mean.

Stylist: Nia was amazing! He was so meticulous with grooming my nails and cuticles. Also gave me an amazing massage. I've had a ton of bad pedicures in the nearby area. Thanks Nia!

went in for a pedi and NEVER AGAIN!!! The entire pedi lasted 15 min at most! The guy was so busy talking to the other worker he painted with the wrong color, clipped so much and dug that I bled! He only put one coat of (wrong color) polish, no oil afterwards. The price is the same as a MUCH BETTER SALON I usually go to. Save your money and pain and suffering and AVOID this place like the plague!!

I have been a long time customer of Davi Nails. I have not had it experienced any real problems. Over the last decade pretty much all of my nail experiences have been nice and enjoyable. The only real one I recall that wasn't but turned out well was a young lady who was going fairly slow to sand off the old polish so I could get a fill. I remember the customer sitting two chairs from mine also complained about her and one of the more experienced nail techs had to step in. Same thing with my experience. Anni had to step in for this young lady and speed things up. I think it's because this young lady was brand new to working in the salon and didn't have a lot of good experience to work quicker and more effectively. It takes a lot of time to learn those skills. Outside of this experience and that was a couple years ago, I don't recall any other negative experiences. In all the years Davi has done my nails I have had a very good result. As far as those complaining about the nail drill cutting or nicking them that is to be expected. It's a nail salon and electric filing equipment and files are used. Cuts or nicks are to be expected. Sometimes it doesn't happen. I have been nicked by the electric drill and I have watched closely as they do it. Nail tech is not an exact science and working on other people's finger nails in an otherwise fairly small space with an electric drill file can and yes be risky. Even the most skilled technician can accidentally nick or cut a client. I do believe that they do they best they can to ensure this doesn't happen but if you are going to get your nails done then you will have to expect this kind of risk.As for the customer service it's been good. I enjoyed the lady who filled my nails last time and the young man who did my full set. What a sweet young man! I love the Vietnamese people and the language and culture. The people bring a smile to me and warm my heart. Vietnam people are favorite people to me. I know English is not spoken much in the salon. I learned a very basic conversation years ago and I forgot some things but it's all good. I use my Google translator from English to Vietnamese to say what I want done and it works. I'm all good to listen to spoken Vietnamese or watch the TV about Vietnam..what a beautiful country! And to me this is very pleasant. I let them teach me things as I listen and I consider my visits to the salon a learning experience. ?❤️

Sloppy cheap fast work, they prefer quanity over quality and have 0 customer service. No attention to detail. They won't listen to what you want or even talk to you. 2nd time with this experience gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was just a bad day, but no, that's just how they run the business. Not going back I'll gladly pay more for better quality and attention to detail. Also customer service will earn better tips imo

They were so helpful when my elderly friend needed a place to sit. I appreciated their care. They're good at eyebrow shaping, too.

Got a full set 5 days ago and then already looks like I need a fill. Nail polish was chunky and they let me leave with
It that way. Not only that but the entire time the woman doing my nails was aggressively pulling my hand towards her and squeezing it to get me to comply I guess? It was not a good experience at all. Out the door it was $100 for both my daughter’s nails and mine and this is what it looks like 5 days later. Do NOT waste your money or time.
