I recently switched to my own insurance under the same company that my parents had been under and I went to pick up a prescription and I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it and that I needed to go somewhere else and I have never been treated in a worse way that I have been treated at that pharmacy it was the worst experience to pick up a prescription medication of my life I will never go back here again

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re trying to fill a controlled substance after 9PM they will not fill controlled substances if you go there to fill it past midnight even though that’s kind of the purpose of a 24 hour pharmacy. Thanks to them I missed a flight that I had at 2:45AM that was the only reason I was there at midnight trying to fill it. If you just politely ask “could you please just fill the prescription we have a flight to catch” they threaten to call the police on you. My prescription was a paper prescription since that’s the way my doctor does it and the lady tried to refuse to give it back to me trying to force me to wait until 9AM to fill it even though she knew I had a flight. If you’re going to a 24 Hour CVS I’d recommend the one in west valley it’ll be worth the extra time to drive there. I would’ve went to West Valley but I get 180 of my medication so it’s hard to find places that have enough. We drove all the way from American Fork over a hour. I also had to call them 7 times before they didn’t just send me straight to voicemail. When I called to ask “Do you guys have 180 of my medication” I was told “yes we do” not mentioning their “policy” that they won’t fill a controlled substance after dark. Absolutely ridiculous how I was treated l. DO BETTER!!

I waited in line at the drive up for 20 min. Not one car moved. Your pharmacy customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If it wasn’t the fact that we are held hostage because of insurance, Aetna who demands we go to CVS I would never do any business with you.

I want to state that my review for each staff member is easily 5 stars, as every person I talk and work with is friendly and efficient.
My review gets dropped down a bit because the pharmacy tends to seem critically understaffed and extremely busy at just about any time of day. You can generally expect at least a 15 minute wait to get to the front of the line and talk with an employee.
They have been getting better, and seem to be hiring more folks, but it remains to be seen if they'll get better from here.

Tried to schedule a vaccine, and after several tries to get a verification code, then CVS could not find a pharmacy close to me, although it is within 2 miles of my house. If you go into the pharmacy, the pharmacist cannot schedule an appointment and if you call, they really don’t want to schedule an appointment because they want you to use the app.

Shawna, and Jordan get my 5 stars, and most of the entire staff here are at at least 4 to 4-4.5 stars, Shawna and Jordan are ALWAYS trying their hardest to not only just do their jobs, but go above and beyond to help me as a "person" not just a "customer." Thank you, you guys are a huge reason to why I continue to keep coming back to this location.
If Jordan's boss, or Shawna's boss gets to read this, PLESE give them a raise, and if you just did, which wouldn't surprise me, then give them another one! They deserve it, as well as a lot of the staff there.

I’m so upset with this pharmacy????I just left there and it is 6pm, I was there around 4:30pm to pick up my daughter‘s face cream, first round at the drive through the guy said give us like 15min to have it ready, okay I understand, I went park at the parking lot, 25min passed by I said maybe it is ready, second time at the drive through again, take them a min, all confused talk to someone else, after that the guy said I’m sorry we are out of stock?♀️?me in my mind really, at least let me know like an hour ago or 30min ago that the face cream is out of stock, really really 4:30–>6pm and they didn’t let me know the whole 1 hour and 30min, I just can’t believe it??

I hope they can fix the staffing issues. 30-60 minute wait every time I visit. (1pm,3pm, 5pm, 9pm, doesn't matter) Even calling ahead and prepaying doesn't help. Required to use CVS by my insurance or I'd go somewhere else. *UPDATE* switched pharmacies and got my prescription in 2 minutes!!!

I just went to this pharmacy at 9:30pm because it’s a 24 hour pharmacy and they have a script for me to pick up. I see the drive thru is open (which is a rarity) so I thought I would go in and pick up. Surprise! The pharmacy inside is closed! So I go out to my car and surprise #2! The line of cars for the drive thru is around the building and is reaching the front door!! I don’t know if Billy Joel is the guest Pharmacist but there is no way I’m waiting in that long if a line. It is better to rely on a store that is open regular business hours than to rely on a store that lies about being open 24 hours. Tonight has been the straw that broke the camels back with me. CVS, you suck!
