I really love the store, but the pharmacy is a different story. So many times I call and no one answers the call in the pharmacy. Was on hold again for 30 plus minutes then hung up. This happens almost every time I call. CVS management should test their system and make changes. I'll now call my doctor and ask them to contact CVS with my question. I recently went on travel and either lost or misplaced my Carvedilol medication. I am out of my heart medication and only want enough to bridge the next refill that comes due on November 2nd. I am a retired senior citizen and feel like a second class citizen with CVS. They told me on Tuesday, 10/10/23 that my prescription would be ready for pickup by 9PM, I drove to CVS the next day and they said they are contacting my doctor. Today, I received a text stating the refill is not due until 11/2/23. Very disappointed in the level of service and care. There must be a better alternative.

I really enjoy the helpfulness of all the pharmacy staff working there! I have a large handful of different meds I take daily, along with a few for my wife and fluoride for both my kids. It seems like I visit this store 2-3 times a week because none of the refills seem to happen at the same time! Ugh, Doctors sometimes! These folks, every single one of them, in the pharmacy are great to deal with, always very helpful! I had an issue tonight where I was changing doses (doubling, 500 mg to 1000mg) but insurance wouldn't pay. It was going to cost me $2400 for a months supply, the pharmacist changed a few things, kept the same dosage of course but now I'm back at my normal $10 copay! Thank you all for everything you do, I know pharmacies have been SO busy for a few years now but my family sure appreciates every single one of you.

Shout out to Zander (at the front of the store and not in the pharmacy) for helping me find additional coupons in the app yesterday! He saved me additional money off of the many Hallmark cards I was purchasing. What service. I hope he sticks around.

If I could I would give the pharmacy a 0 star. The store is well stocked and employees are friendly. The problem is the pharmacy. Lately every time I go to drop off or pick up a prescription my blood pressure goes up the roof. 1. I have asked them not to put on child proof caps because I have arthritis in my hand. I get home and it's child proof cap. 2. I am being treated for thyroid issue and they are trying to find the right dose. I have asked them several times not to fill it for 3 months because I get my blood work done 6-8 weeks. They said sure we will put it on your preference. I pick up my prescription and go home and it's for 3 months supply. When I call to complain they tell me it's my fault because I need to check to make sure it's the right amount. Then next time that happens they tell me that they can't change the preference. I have to call the headquarters To have it changed. After talking to someone at headquarters, that was a lie. 3. the Dr calls in a new dose of the medication and I go to pick it up but what they gave me was a old dose. No surprise that is my fault too. 4 Today I went up to the drive up and sat there for about 10 min. I pushed a call button twice and finally over the intercom that they would be with me when they were done helping some one inside. Now there is 4 cars backed up behind me. This is just few examples. I will never go to this CVS!!! There is lots of other Pharmacy close to this CVS.

Ashley was so kind and helpful! She made sure I got the best price on my medication and was quick and efficient. I will definitely be using this as my preferred pharmacy!

I came into this location late last night looking for an emergency contraceptive. The man who helped me ( I believe his name was Kody) was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. A situation that could have been embarrassing and degrading turned out to be the complete opposite. I left the store feeling taken care of.
