I’m a delivery driver. First time delivering to this company and they were exceptionally nice! Offered me a drink and a donut. As a driver we really appreciate things like that!!!

Honest! I bought product here and happened to leave it behind in the store without realizing. I come back a week later asking if they had extra inventory in the off chance I left it in the store (either that, or it walked away on the job site). They checked inventory, had surplus, and the clerk who sold me product the first time also pulled his notes indicating that I had left product in the store as well. Received full credit (as I had bought replacements already on the fly elsewhere) for unused returned product.Honest.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an electric company. Order a part I desperately need and they assured me they could get it in 2 days. It’s now been 7 days and they have no clue where my part is.
