Matt and I just wanted to say thank you for all you did for us. Our Internet is working incredibly well. You were SO very patient through our frustrations and road blocks and busy hectic schedules. Installing in my neighborhood right now. They have already broken a sprinkler and a main sprinkler line in my curb. They carelessly ripped out the rocks in my curb that were just installed. Now the rock are mixed with mud and the barrier is all torn and worthless. We found the broken sprinkler line at 6pm last night (in the dark) and I had the crew call the supervisor in the morning. He actually indicated I should have let them know sooner (as if it was my fault). They had to know they broke the line as it was sitting on top of the dirt pile. They do not answer their phones. Bad experience so far.

Connext damaged my sprinkler line while installing fiber cable in my neighborhood. It took them 7 weeks to repair which was not acceptable. Kassi was very good at following up with me, but could never give me a repair date. When Connext finally made the repair, Alex and Keller were very polite and did a great job putting my yard back together.

We moved in the Farr West area and Connext was referred by a friend who's in the area...I called to get hookup started a was told it would take 3 to 6 WEEKS! WHY!? I don't know of any business that could operate on a schedule that far out! Is that the speed of all your services?Not a good way to get or keep customers!

When I reached out to Connext, Kassi was the one to reply to me. She was very kind and super responsive. She answered all of my questions and honestly made me feel as though she wanted to take care of me. I’m super excited for Connext to be working in my area.

They are installing in my area. We have a pretty young demographic. That means kids play in our area a lot. This will be a factor as I continue. These installation crews are horrendous and make me very sure I will never, ever use your service. They don't pay attention when backing. I saw them back into my neighbor's fence. They just drove away. Next day I asked my neighbor if they had told him they caused the damage. Of course they didn't. He is still playing chase to get repairs. They dig up big trenches alongside sidewalk areas. Then they leave big clumps of dirt, rocks and debris. I've seen little kids riding bikes fall down because of it. And its just left there for the home owner to deal with. They leave their trash everywhere. And I saw them nearly drive over a child. What in the.... if that's how they operate in the beginning, while making first impressions, wait until they are comfortable with their customer base.

Connext has been great. Cleaned up after working in our yard. Tech. That did the final install was friendly, expand what he was doing and set up all my devices and made sure we understood everything.Only had one outage in six months. Speed is awesome. Digis Broadband had that many every week and speed kept getting slower and slower.

Connext has been a great ISP so far. Initial installation in the city and connection took a while, and I wish communication were a bit more forthcoming based on my specific neighborhood. I do appreciate how responsive they are, and the reliability of the service. A little on the expensive side, but manageable.

Connext 1G plan is proving to be reliable, fast, and a good value. Have had fiber connection to my home and work-from-home-lab since March 2023. Hookup took less than 90 min. The Connext OMU termination is simple, and easily integrates with my own Gateway/Firewall/Router and Wifi Access Point. Periodic speed tests show 900MB+ up & down. So far so good. Only had one question since install. Customer service was fast, courteous, and effective. Pleased to have fiber from a reliable source.

They've been great! So much cheaper than my other isp and faster. It's only gone down one time since we've had it, it seemed like my old isp was going down constantly. Also, when the my payment due date wasn't working out, they changed it to a better date that would work. No questions asked.

I’ve never had such a poor experience with internet. I work from home and rely on having a consistent connection. A few outages here and there are understandable, but in the past 7 days we have 4 days of outages. I understand that one of the days it was that our fiber box over heated and it fried the CPU which has apparently been an issue they have ran into quite a bit lately with the heat wave, but to still have 3 outages within one week is excessive. When I called to report the outage today (on a Sunday) they said sorry and that someone would be out tomorrow because they don’t have an on call tech to come fix it which is just unacceptable. Our entire neighborhood is down, so it’s not just our house which should be a big enough problem for them to do something about it.

I recommend Connext Fiber Internet- fast and reliable here in Kaysville Utah.PROS: impeccable outside and inside work…OUTSIDE: I can’t even tell where they dug… There are no marks!!! I was told they used a “missile”INSIDE: two techs came (one was shadowing the other)… very well mannered young men… They did job the quick.CONS: It took a long time for them to install in our Kaysville home… About 7 months wait).I’m not exactly sure why… maybe they’re new in the area. We signed up on Nov 18th …. They installed on June 28th 2023)

Best Internet I have ever had. I record speed tests every hour since I got the service and its night and day more stable then Comcast/Xfinity cable was. Installer and Tech support were very knowledgeable and able to get my internet setup and configured very quickly. Billing was exactly as promised, no hidden fees/taxes/extras added which was a pleasant surprise.

We called about 4 months ago to get service installed. We were told that it would be 2-3 weeks. Four months later we still don’t have the service installed. I didn’t want to sign another contract with comcast so I’m currently paying a fortune while we wait for this service. I’ve called about 10 times so far. I leave a message each time and no one ever calls me back. The one time someone did pick up, I was told it would be another week at the most. That was months ago. If customer service is this horrible when I’m not even a customer yet, how bad is it when you finally get it? I’m just about ready to sign another contract with Comcast. This company is a joke!!

After weeks of waiting, Friday was the day! Oops, no, again a no show to fix my water pipe. So I dug it up myself. I purchased repair pipe. Your guys showed up Monday morning. They repaired the pipe I dug up, and carefully put dirt only on that part of the trench. No leveling of the Rv parking. No repair to the washed out gravel and dirt. No knock on the door. So unhappy. I will be expecting a rebate for minimum of two months for doing all the labor, and I should cancel this service.
