Rachel Scott had a very xenophobic and racist demeanour towards me and my family. Today we were hoping to open an account with them, we had all the necessary documents to open said account but after waiting an hour (with no communication from the staff) she said "she did not feel comfortable opening the account"

No ATM access after hours. A staple necessity for most users. Can you please find a away to allow access to the ATM in the entry area in between the two layers of doors to the lobby? Other Chase banks have been able to provide after hours access to their ATMs in the same location while still locking the inner doors to the lobby. There are not many other options for Chase in the area. If I can't get after hour ATM access I will be closing my account and finding another service provider who can.

This location sucks! If you're looking for an ATM, don't bother. They only allow you to access the ATM during banking hours which basically makes the ATM utterly useless! Obviously, during banking hours, I would hope my needs would be met by a human. There aren't any drive up ATMs either. This is 2019 people! A bank branch should have a 24 hour ATM somewhere.

Had to revise first review. . . After the unpleasant experience at the Washington branch, we tried again at the 12th street branch. Day and night difference. Mike Padovitch was courtious, pleasant, and efficient. Took care of our banking business ess and we left happy. First review Gave 1 star because 0 star not available. Brother in law just switched from a credit union to Chase Bank. Do not think it was a good thing. The difference in customer service is huge. I will not be changing and would question the reason anyone else would.

I don't like this bank because they take forever we spent like 30 minutes I line and not counting the time they sent after we came up to the window they said they're busy why don't they have more workers if they can't handle it by them selfs so if you are in a hurry this should be the last bank you should go to.

This is one of the reason why I don't bank here no more...they say they don't have a restroom for patrons and myself being older Asian had to drive across to chevron station & had to leave my daughter to bank there. Very very rude to Asian people. But that's Utah for you. They are the most racist people anywhere in the world. G

Chase Bank sucks in general, but this branch is particularly sucky and ghetto. They never have deposit/withdrawal slips available through the drive-through and you have to ask for pen. Furthermore, the ATM is located inside the building, so even after hours, in the dark, you have to get out of your car to get cash. Sketchy.
