Hands-down, the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The teller and whoever was in charge were both extremely rude to myself and one other person in the lobby. Instead of trying to help a very easy and simple situation we were told that. “Chase is a billion dollar company and if we done like it, leave!” Needless to say, I will absolutely be taking my three personal accounts and four business accounts to another bank today! I hope someday they can learn something about customer service.

Rachel Scott had a very xenophobic and racist demeanour towards me and my family. Today we were hoping to open an account with them, we had all the necessary documents to open said account but after waiting an hour (with no communication from the staff) she said “she did not feel comfortable opening the account”

Horrible customer service bankers where rude refused to help made me because the call they had to make would take to long and they we're busy I had to call customer service while in the bank the representative was very upset tell me to to tell them to do their job they needed to call not me very unprofessional the banker next to the one I was talking to stood up to argue with me rather than helping customers saying they where to bust the tome two banks spent arguing with me they could of made the call 3 times. Never had worse customer service anywhere

This Chase Bank Account and the 12th street Wall Avenue, and the Layton Branch ALL 3 branches GASLIGHTED me, they pulled every dirty bad business play book out and ALLOWED someone to superceed over my asset’s, changing my account password, informing me that my saving of 15,000.00 was not stolen and nobody gained access to my account! I called for 1 year every day up until this sad gaslighting of Bad Business called ABUSE caused me to have a nervous breakdown (they wanted to react with toxic behavior) they gloated at my despair. I could see the RED line notes placed upon my account with notes to freeze my account!. They would tell me why and they never once provided me with the protection of fraud if this was to take place again. They never called the police in or informed me that the proper steps to take would need to be make a report at the police station, then file for the insurance fraudulent protection and the FDA insurance money for there breach of BAD BUSINESS of allowing someone to hack my account! They never offered an once of help. I went to 3 branches spoke to 3 branch presidents, 3 branch assistant presidents and a long list to fraudulent representatives. When I called into the Fraudulent call center line they had the Nerve to GASLIGHT me by stating they had no Fraudulent insurance or fraudulent care center!!! No matter if a costumer is or isn’t mentally competent BANKS like this HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHHOLD FINANCIAL INFORMATION WHERE THERE CUSTOMERS ENSURED THEM WITG FINANCIAL TRUST!!! The only mental incompetence is those who took part in withholding my financial accounts and any issues that a raised due to adult protection!!! I want my money back!!!

And one of our number is a former teller!! I hope when they final open our branch here in Bozeman MT, they find someone like you!!

I have been coming to this bank 2+ times a week to make deposits for my store for almost a year. It usually takes a long time (averages 30-40 minutes to process 3-4 deposits) and customer service is shotty. Most of the staff that I have interacted with is friendly and helpful, and will apologize for any wait. Arendy (one of the tellers) will always give me and my associates a hard time. She has a poor attitude and obviously is not trained on how to do her job. This branch needs better management and to actually train their employees.

So glad to be done with these guys. Everything is unbelievably slow and takes an act of Congress to get something done. "Too big to fail" if they didn't have the government covering for them, they would have failed long ago

No ATM access after hours. A staple necessity for most users. Can you please find a away to allow access to the ATM in the entry area in between the two layers of doors to the lobby? Other Chase banks have been able to provide after hours access to their ATMs in the same location while still locking the inner doors to the lobby. There are not many other options for Chase in the area. If I can't get after hour ATM access I will be closing my account and finding another service provider who can.

Once they close they close the ATM as well. The don't take in consideration the 24 hour ATM service?

Its very filthy and stinky..but they tell us they sanitize it for COVID. lol Its understaffed and you cannot ever get an answer when ypu call or even leave a message. Just a recording to Try again later.

We cancelled our insurance and they kept pulling money out for months despite numerous calls to the insurance company. When we went to chase after the first month they kept charging us they said sorry we don’t have any bankers they gave us a number to call. We called multiple times and no one answer or they just hang up. We went back into chase and they said sorry we can’t help you. We have to close our account because they can take more money out of us and there’s nothing we can do. bye chase you need to have banker to help customers when they got money stolen from their accounts.
