Absolutely terrible trying to get ahold of anyone at all using their phone system! It’s nearly impossible getting a hold of anyone since the phone system just hangs up on you every little while!

0 STARS! They recently came out to run fiber lines through my property. I have 4 big boxes in my yard when all my neighbors have 1 or share 1. I was told it's city easement and to pretty much just deal with it. The contractors they had running the fiber left a mess and have still yet to clean it up...its been almost 3 weeks. They blocked one of my sprinklers completely...one of the contractors said "wow...problem"...but didn't do anything to fix it. Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone...I talked with 4 different people and they just kept passing me to someone else. The project manager, Juan Gomez from GG Underground, doesn't answer or return my calls. These people are horrible!

One of your techs came to my house and left my yard worse than it was before. I have an easement in my yard and the tech came to fix or do something for a neighbor so I let him into the backyard. He left a bunch of trash which I cleaned up and the wire is now exposed sitting on my grass instead of buried like it was before. This is so dangerous for my special needs son who can't understand and will try to play with and yank on this wire. The tech came Tuesday around noon. I just had surgery so I noticed how he left the wire today. I just tried the online chatting with the customer service support and they gave me an appointment over a month out to fix it. This isn't acceptable or respectful to us at all and I'd like this fixed asap.

Horrible Service!!! Avoid at all cost internet is glitchy and slow and always crashing and can't get any support or help! Been waiting on a technician all day and no one can tell me where they are they just say be home all day and expect people to wait around for them! But you can sure get a live person if you want to buy their products but sire can't if you need assistance!

Service is trash, customer service is even worse. When I signed up they said i would get 60/mbps for $40 a month. What I actually get is about 12/maps and they charge about $70 a month. Use literally any other company if you can.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Service is terrible, CANNOT get a breathing human on the phone. They removed the quickpay option and now you HAVE to create a login. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

Doesn't rate any stars. I lose my dial tone about once a week. I try to talk to a real person and that doesn't happen. After 30 minutes on hold and listening to the replay again and again I get so frustrated. What does it take to get any customer service? Their service is non existent!!

Ever since we switched to paperless bill pay it's been a nightmare. The automatic payment system stops working. It opts me out of text alerts. Their bill pay website is always down. We called to make payments and the phone operator took payment on the phone and even confirmed it. They eventually disconnected me. I run a business from home and this is unacceptable. I finally got it paid so I won't go to collections. They told me to keep $1000 in my account Incase all the past payments go through and told me I'd have to get sent back a check if that does happen.

This company deserves negative stars. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to work with!Our internet was “accidentally” disconnected for our business. It’s been a week and the issue still isn’t fixed. I was simply passed around from department to department with sense of urgency from anyone I talk with and no one can fix my issue even though it seems so straight forward… I need my internet back on!

This company deserves negative stars. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with!Our internet was “accidentally” disconnected for our business. It’s been a week nd the issue still isn’t fixed. We work in a place where our employees depend highly on the internet connection to make money! This is ridiculous!

It doesn't even rate a star. my line stopped working, I tried online chat, I tried getting to a real live person. This is a business and we cannot receive calls. Finally got someone to write up a ticket and it will be 8 days before they come to repair the line. 8 days my clients will not be able to reach me. 8 days. this is ridiculous and why I will probably go to comcast as soon as i can. we have been with century link for 30 years. this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with. you cannot reach a live person, they drop the calls on you and their automated thing cannot understand "Representative" I only put one star down because it wouldnt post this with no stars. it deserves a negative five star and they should pay me back for lost income because of this
