“Talk about above and beyond! Seth was doing our hardwood floor resurface and had to go in our basement to shut off the pilot lights. We chose to get the floor done when we would be out of town so the fumes would not be a problem for us. Seth noticed that our sump pump hose had come loose and was pumping water into our basement. He called us and spent his own time stopping the flow of water into the basement and allowed us to get a restoration company onto the flooding basement before the damage could spread any further.On a side note :), the floor was a five star finish. It looks so nice we have started to have all our meals on the floor now...kiddingProfessional company and great employees/owners”

“A great experience and I would most likely go again. They were very helpful with picking out a carpet to fit my needs and they were able to install it in about a week.
Prices were reasonable and I didn’t have to shop around to find a “good Deal”
The install of my small room was simple and straightforward
So why a 4 star rating? To get 4 stars you must hit on all cylinders.
The door was left without an edge piece. Just a carpet edge. See picture. The installer noted that he didn’t have one with him that but I could buy one in town and install it myself.
To get 5 stars. Those details are key”

“Start to finish, I had a great experience with the team at Giant Carpet One. Paul helped me figure out exactly what I needed which made it an extremely easy process. The only reason I was there for so long is because Paul's got a great taste in music. All of the staff are professional, personable and more than helpful. We set the installation date while I was in store and had no problem with the install team who arrived exactly when they were supposed to and did a great job. Id add photos but I was too excited to move the furniture back in so I didn't get the chance. 10/10 would carpet with them again, in fact I will soon in the future when it's time to get my upstairs redone.”
