Very impressed! I locked both sets of keys in my car and these guys were at my place in about 20 minutes. Got my keys out quickly. Friendly and fast, highly recommend.

Was driving towards Ogden canyon on 12th street where the road goes from two lanes to one. I had passed one of their flatbed trucks while it was still two lanes (I didnt speed to pass him) but then the truck caught up and wouldn't let me merge in, even though I was still ahead of him. I was nearly run off the road before he finally backed off so I could merge in. The whole time he was laying on his horn. He then proceeded to tailgate me up half of the canyon.I called the office to report the truck and left my name and number with their answering service but never got a call back.This was very dangerous and unprofessional conduct by their driver.

The driver did a great job. I didn't have the keys for the car, and he was still able to load it onto his truck and get it to the mechanic. He was here in just 30 minutes after my call. Will definitely recommend Brett's Towing.

My son wrecked his car a couple of weeks ago. Brett's responded to tow the vehicle. Knowing most tow companies are dishonest thieves, I told my son to remove EVERYTHING from the car that he did not want stolen. Well, Brett's didn't make a liar out of me. The vehicle had been stored in their "secure" yard until picked up by my insurance company. Low and behold the aftermarket stereo and my license plates were already missing. Called Brett's, of course their employees "would never do anything like that". Thanks Brett's.

Hands down the fastest company I have had. This was three days ago my car shut down on the freeway right as the storm hit. I'm worried about getting slammed in2 by cars losing control So while waiting for my dad to arrive , I call Brett's Towing after we hang up preston ( from Brett's Towing) arrived. He sends us home 30 min (if that) he arrived work my car safely... Thank u Brett's Towing a special thank u 2 Preston.. He did a great job

Brett's Towing & Roadside in Ogden defaced my car. Last Monday I was in a pretty bad accident and my car was totaled. Well today I went with my mom to go get any personal belongings that may have survived the wreck out of my car and it was filled with mud and old trash, I'll attach photos. Everything that was in my front seat that may have survived was now ruined by this. That includes a very sentimental keychain which included a hand crocheted keychain and a souvenir that a friend brought me back from Barcelona that was very important to me and I can't replace. I also had leather seats that were possibly in good condition that I could have taken out and sold but are now ruined because of the tow company. When we tried bringing this up to them they said that it was my own trash that was tossed around in the wreck. That was not the case as you can see in the pictures it was very obvious that someone just dumped a load of garbage onto my passenger seat. Also my car was spotless clean before this there was no trash. I also have a picture which shows the inside of my car right after the wreck that shows there was no trash in it. This car is still my property and Brett's Towing & Roadside defaced it.

I had my car towed through A.B Hadley, the driver Summer was amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing, was super nice and helpful, I’ve never had such a good experience with a tow truck driver! Also showed up within the hour of being called. Great service.

The person that picked my car up was very friendly and nice on the phone. The receptionist that took my call was very unprofessional and rude.

They did not notify of any yard storage fee. Did not notify me of a $195 charge just because officer called them in. They had no sympathy for someone in a unfortunate situation. They basically made me feel either pay them or I'm screwed. I will never use or suggest these con artists to anyone!

Almost ran off the road by a couple of crazy drivers out here in Roy. Don't know who's training these guys but they need a serious overhaul
