This summer we were traveling to Idaho for a family reunion and my truck broke down on the freeway (overheating/water pump). We were pulling a camp trailer and this was a stressful event for us as our vacation and time with family was threatened. I brought the truck to Brake Time Bob's first thing in the morning the next day and told Bob about our dilemma. It was Friday morning, and I could tell they had a lot of jobs on their schedule. HOWEVER, Bob was so awesome and his team of mechanics was incredible and they got my truck up and running and back on the road. The family vacation was saved! It was a true pleasure doing business with Bob! Thank you! And a shout out to Bernie for his time and effort to fix the truck! Great work!

Bob is the man! Where do I begin…
Well, for starters.. I’ve been a satisfied customer of Brake Time Bob’s for over a year now. He and his team have performed several jobs on my behalf including Brake repairs and an engine replacement. When I first came to him, I was driving a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and have amassed over 430,000 miles on it. I used to take it to Tony Davino Toyota in Riverdale. Unfortunately, I’ve grown increasingly disappointed with the quality of work they would perform on my vehicle. I learned of Brake Time Bob’s and I haven’t looked back since. My only regret is not learning of this awesome shop. Interestingly we ought, my wife has family that is employed there. This makes the residual experience great since we have the opportunity to see familiar faces.
Bob is an old-school and honorable man that does stellar work. Nothing like a great mom and pop place where things are done right and with integrity. Also, it’s great to know that he has beloved family members involved in the business. That just warms my heart and makes me feel confident providing my endorsement and continual support. Thanks for everything guys. Until next time!???

We were pulling a fifth wheel through the mountains when the truck brakes began to grind. I called Bob when we got to Ogden, and he got my truck in the same day. He is great, the work was done quickly, and we are back on the road with quiet and reliable brakes. Thanks Bob!

We were on our way to a trip with all my brothers and our truck started smoking. We pulled into Break Time Bobs and our radiator had cracked. Within 2.5 hours he has us up and running again! While we were waiting we walked to the river and ate Greek food at Gigs. Thanks for getting us back on the road. We will remember you forever! The picture I added is of the trip he made happen!

I'd prefer to give a perfect 10! My son is new to Ogden and after checking reviews and talking with automotive repair places Brake Time Bob excelled in communication and price, then they went above and beyond in fixing his vehicle! My son said, "This will be the only place I use!" Thank you!!!!
