My experience at boules was outstanding, exactly how customer service should be. The gentleman that helped us was kind and extremely knowledgeable of what he was selling and we were wanting. From Idaho to provo this should be a place you should check out for appliances.

Awesome services our fridge died in the night and we needed one asap. Home Depot quoted me delivery 4-5 days pick up wasn’t a option at the time and boyles put us high priority and it was delivered in 4 hours with install less the 40 min and took the old fridge! Team was amazing especially Alfredo!! Thank you boyles you rock!!!!

Just purchased a new washing machine, and on its very first full cycle it was obviously effective. Called to get support and they pushed me off immediately to LG who still hasn't gotten in touch with me. Lack of support and service from this local company means everyone should be aware of this and do business at your own risk. As for me, I will never again give them my business. It's a shame when you try to buy local.

Can’t brag enough about Boyle’s. Stopped by today to look at fridges and Steve was very friendly and showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us a gracious discount since it was the showroom floor model. Free shipping is also a huge plus. Definitely save yourself time and money and go to Boyle’s.

I cannot tell you enough how amazing these people are! We bought a new house and didn't realize we needed a specific fridge for the counter depth ? so they dropped the first fridge off and we went in the same day to pick out a different one to fit the counter and the delivery day was a few days out but the owner ( who was amazing) called one of his guys Dylan to see if he'd just add one more stop to the end of his day and he came right away and picked the first one up and dropped the new one off and set it all up for us and was the NICEST guy you will ever meet. We appreciate this so much I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dylan!

Things to consider before "saving money" with Boyles.
I have purchased 4 appliances from Boyles. 3/4 of the delivery/installations have been bad experiences.
First we ordered a microwave it was installed incorrectly and now when we open the door the whole microwave moves and feels like it's going to fall off.
Next we purchased a Bosch dishwasher and all went well.
Next we purchased a dryer. After installation I found 3 broken canning jars which they just left on the ground and didn't tell us.
Finally purchased a dishwasher because the one we originally purchased broke after only 3 years. The installation was scheduled for a week and 3 days after we purchased. We got a day and time frame of 4pm to 7pm. We had no communication anywhere in between. Finally at 7:20 my wife called the delivery person and no answer. He finally called at 8:30 to let us know he was in Brigham and would be 45 minutes no apology. And if we wanted to still have it delivered or the next day in the morning. We wanted it over with so we said to just come. He finally arrived and 9:40pm and found that the appliance was smashed and would have to come back. Be asked if we wanted him to haul out old one away that night or the next day.which we paid for. We chose the same day. Be looked at it and just said nah I'll just do it tomorrow. He then asked both my wife and I what time the next day would work he said either the morning or afternoon. We said morning and he said he'd see what his day looked like and call in the morning. Today it was 12:30 and no call. We called Boyles and they let us know that the delivery guy had a Drs appointment at 11am. The lady on the phone didn't try to reschedule or refund the delivery cost. My wife finally just expressed her dissatisfaction with the customer service and no apology or remediation offered. Finally they just said we can give you your money back. Again no apology or attempt to salvage the business we'd given them for years.
I finally took the phone and spoke to the lady letting her know that the previous delivery had been terrible also and they had left broken glass on the ground when we have little kids and a 9-month-old they did not seem worried and said that they would just return our money. No way of or attempt to get somebody out to deliver it as soon as possible or refund our delivery and installation costs. Finally, an apology that was given really nonchalantly. I let her know that I would like to speak to someone that had more authority at the company to resolve the matter. She then hung up on me. I called back and an older lady answered the phone. She was very sassy and unapologetic. I let her know that it had been over a week that we had been waiting and she said oh really a whole week like it wasn't a big deal. She was sarcastic and not friendly and not professional. I then got upset and raised my voice to them because I had lost all hope of ever getting any sort of good customer service from them. I was frustrated because we had given them several chances and thousands of our dollars and they couldn't care less if they lost us as a customer. I strongly urge that you pay a little bit extra in delivery, installation and hallway cost then have to deal with these people. It is very sad and concerning that they have no feelings or emotions or any worry that they will lose a customer. I am sad that We did not get the service that we paid for. We now have to look for another company to buy from and we are out of luck. I have also contacted get get part and I have contacted the better Business bureau.
