I hate to leave a bad review, after going to this clinic for 5+ years for multiple animals. However, this occasion warrants it. My cat was unable to urinate, so we immediately brought her in. At which point, we were told she was fine and only had a stress disorder (FLUTD), after Bluegrass claimed they had done a UTI test. We trusted our vet and continued with our lives until she continued to decline, at which point I brought her back in for a 2nd and then a 3rd time. We were told both times that she tested negative for UTI's, and that they were unable to find anything with imaging. Now, we are lucky that HE survived, after taking him to a different vet and learning that our cat was not only dealing with an easily visible blockage, but that Bluegrass couldn't have expressed urine for a UTI test without noticing she was MALE. I consider myself lucky that my cat survived, and I pray others do not go here.

Dr Eddie and his staff run a very caring and capable animal hospital. My two past dogs and current dog are cared for here. The doctor answers all my questions. There are no hidden charges on any procedures and the prices are very good for vet services. The facility is always clean and smells great. Usually there is only one pet at a time so there are no conflicts with other animals. I also have friends who bring their dogs here and just love this Dr and his staff

I have been going to DR Doughty from Bluegrass for 22 years. They are not just a clinic, they love all the animals and go out of their way to help you get the best care for your pet. Dr. Doughty is super friendly and his facility is affordable and clean. I would recommend him to everyone, the ones I have are still going to him. A big thank you to your staff for the great care you have given my pets all these years.

My wife and I have been bringing our pets into Blue Grass, and Dr. Doughty since 2016. We’ve never had anything but positive experiences. All of the techs have been extremely kind and helpful, and Doughty has taken time professionally, as well as his personal time to make sure we’ve been taken care of, and have a clear understanding of our dogs conditions and potential risks therein. I would, and do recommend Blue Grass every time a friend or acquaintance is in need of veterinary care. We love BlueGrass and Dr. Doughty to the gills.

Dr. Doughty really cares about the animal patients and communicates what needs to be done and what options are available. There are good vets around Ogden but Dr. Doughty is the one I always go to.
