My daughter wanted a gorgeous dress for prom and this store had tons of them! If you’re looking for bold dresses, this is the place to go! Long dresses lined the walls and short dresses were in the middle. They had all shapes and sizes….and even formal clothing for children (girls and boys). They also had a huge selection of ties towards the middle of the store.The employees working there when we went (4/15) were all so nice! They were helpful and didn’t try to pressure on us at all. They let us know they were there if we needed them and then let us go through the dresses. When my daughter found THE dress, they all complimented her and made her feel great!There were quite a few dressing rooms (I think 6-7) and two couches to sit on while waiting. I was REALLY happy to have a comfortable place to sit while waiting for my daughter to try on dresses.I was nervous that everything was going to be really expensive. Some dresses are, but they had a sale rack with some fantastic deals (under $100). They have dresses for all budgets.We were very happy with our experience and will definitely come here again to buy a dress!

Sold a damage dress to my wife then said it wasn’t like that before hand, when 100% it was. What a joke. Looking at other reviews looks like she’s going to put herself out of business

I have purchased two dresses from Bliss for my daughter and have always had a great experience. We find it worthwhile to make the two hour drive to Ogden as we always know we will find exactly what we are looking for. We are currently planning to return for prom dress shopping and know we will have a fun experience. The staff always has been helpful and patient as oftentimes we are there for hours looking for that perfect, unique dress.

Even when I am 18, just looking at prom dresses, I'm required to have a parent to even try a dress on? Go somewhere where they actually want your business.

After standing there waiting and looking for an employee to assist us we asked two workers if there was a dressing room available, one said no and the other was saying something as she walked away but I was unable to hear her. We noticed there was one on the end that was empty so my daughter just went in to try on the dress. As I was standing there waiting for my daughter another lady came up and asked the same lady if there were any rooms available and she said no but let me get you a beeper and when one becomes available we will alert you. So I asked the employee why we were not offered the same, instead of just being told there were none available. For us being in the store for as long as we were and not being asked if we needed assistance is ridiculous! But then asking for assistance and then being disregarded! #wouldnotrecomend!

Horrible service. The old lady would not help me. I’m hispanic and she refused to greet me or assist me. Very racist lady. Thats okay. I went to Maurices and spent my $439.08 there instead. I wont come back to this shop. Its sad because there are cute clothes but since the service is so aweful i wont support them.

The staff at this location are so judgmental. My employed daughter came is to buy herself a dress for an upcoming dance. She was told that she can’t make a purchase or try on a dress without an adult. She does not want to go dress shopping with her old man. I hope all your employees are the most ethical people. Become they are all without sin and willing to throw the stones.

I went in to buy a dress but when I asked to try one on, they asked "yes, but where are you going?" And I said "I don't know yet, I just like to buy dresses" and she told me I couldn't try it on "for fun" to protect the dresses. I wasn't trying it on for fun, I wanted to buy a dress but apparently you can't try them on unless you're going somewhere. Very rude service, apparently it's only for prom.

I really wish there was an option not to give any stars at all!!!!My experience with bliss at the Newgate Mall was awful!!!I recently purchased a dress from Bliss in the Newgate Mall. My daughter did try the dress that they had in the showroom on and then special ordered it in another color. We were assured that the dress that we were ordering and the dress that she tried on were the same style and size. My daughter picked up the dress for the dance. When she put the dress on we discovered that not only was this stress about 6 in longer than the one she had tried on also the material at the end of the straps was fraying and had come unstitched from the dress. because the material continued to fray there was no way for us to stitch the straps back onto the dress. My daughter was unable to wear that dress to the dance. To say the least I was disappointed and saddened that my daughter was unable to wear her dress. The the solution offered to me was not acceptable and I feel that the owner was rigid and rude. My daughter walked away from this experience feeling like she had been taken advantage of. I would not recommend buying a dress from Bliss at the Newgate Mall.

My sister got a dress here. The straps broke right before she went to a dance so she was unable to wear it. We have called to have this repaired, replaced, or refunded and were told “NO” nothing besides fixing the straps would be done. Very rude and unprofessional. Would give no stars if I could.

Appointments are required to try on dress ? that's fine well spend money somewhere else.
