Had a very wonderful experience buying a vehicle from Nate at Black Rock Auto. I had originally purchased a 13 Tesla S and drove the car for a few weeks and noticed a range issue. I worked with Tesla and found the vehicle had an issue and it would have been a costly fix. There was no way to know the vehicle was having an issue without owning it for a few weeks and monitoring it. After I had gotten the bad news from Tesla I reached out to Nate and he was more than understanding and willing to allow me to bring that one and trade it for a different Tesla model. I am so appreciative of this understanding because I had purchased the first one with no used warranty, so likely at any other dealership I would have been stuck with a bill to fix the car. I would recommend anyone to trust Black Rock Auto because of how wonderful of a time I had working with him and he genuinely cares about helping people instead of only focusing on making money. Thank you so very much! I am loving my vehicle!

Nate from Black Rock is absolutely amazing! He’s responsive, honest and patient with my endless questions. I was eyeing his Tesla Model X at his showroom but could only afford it if he give me a good price on my trade… and he did. He was reasonable with his sale price on the Tesla and trade in offer for my BMW i8 and we completed our deal promptly! I’ve never had such experience at any other dealership, so I’ll definitely be back again and again and again. He doesn’t waste time and he doesn’t BS you. Thank you Black Rock and Nate. I looked long and far for my perfect Tesla Model 3 Performance, unfortunately I couldn't find one with the options I wanted and a car that was a clean as I wanted. Well, Nate took care of that and found my dream car. Not only did Nate find the car but also helped me with the financing. I cant speak more highly about Black Rock.
