Used to buy my shoes here all the time, no. WI find out they can't get any wide shoes. Been buying my shoes here forever. Not a good thing. Love you, shopper, always truly great. Just recently people were very apologetic about not being able to satisfy my needs for shoes.

We went there for an over the door mini basketball hoop they had exactly what we wanted and we had a $10 off a $30 or more purchase which made it that much better. Thanks Big 5!!! 2 thumbs up.

We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest gentleman as soon as we walked in. His name was Kurt. This is the first time we had ever been greeted so warmly at this store! He asked what we were looking for, and sent us in the right direction. The young lady in the shoe department was juggling multiple customers, but was very friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that she had to keep going to the back to look for additional inventory for everyone she helped. She assisted us in getting the size we needed, and we headed back to the front of the store where Kurt again greeted us, and was so kind and fun while he checked us out. He even included our daughter in the conversation, which she enjoyed! We will most definitely be shopping here again because of Kurt!

I don’t typically write reviews for places or people. But I feel like I need to give a big shout out to Sawyer. I came in tonight to help my son look for a pair of basketball shoes. Sawyer was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, kind, charismatic, and just a good genuine person.Sawyer listened to our wants and needs.Sawyer was personable and just a stand out employee. Definitely deserves a shout out!Also while we were checking out another employee (Allie) was kind, Helpful and had a great attitude!I’ve never experience customer service like I did tonight.Thanks again sawyer and Allie

If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked to use the bathroom and they said I couldn’t. I needed to go somewhere else. I explained I’m 6 months pregnant and asked again to use the bathroom. They told me to go somewhere else and find one. Thankfully home depot let me and were confused when I asked if I could use theirs. And were shocked when I told them what happened.
