Showed up without an appointment for an Emissions.
Met with Spencer, he said it’s on a first come basis, but then said he can do it right now.
Was in and out within 15 minutes.
Very friendly and professional, renewed on the spot as well, awesome.
Then we had a discussion on serving my car.
Would highly recommend this Mastert Auto Tech location.

The man behind the desk, advised me on what the warranty usually does and how much it would cost, just to break down the motor to see for sure what is wrong. And if the warranty didn’t cover it, I would have to cover the costs. I appreciate his honesty on telling me the best I can do and explaining everything well.

I enjoyed the entire 1 hour of waiting if it was even that. Pulled in for emissions left with my tag on my car. Very professional, educated and was in and out ,Good to go! Thank you guys for only having 3 guys they were efficient and honest Yes even with a woman they didn't try to talk me into purchasing crap I didn't need it installed. I will be a returning customer!
