I’ve waited AWHILE to post this review ?? as they had my car for a over a month ??Have you ever gotten your car back from a shop , got in an immediately felt violated and unsafe ?Look no further for a shop to not only accommodate that ! But more !Ironically enough when I walked in one of the woman at the front was on a call with, what seemed to be with yet another unsatisfied customer, once that wrapped up and the phone rang again the head roll matched the attitude she clearly had , which would explain the overall terrible experience I had !I was told repeatedly how it’s a big job and they are working on it but in a month got zero progress updates / pictures / actual results , constant justification as its a “big job” which i would believe if their other shop (which isnt affiliated regardless of having the same name and collaborating on vehicles due ,this is due to the Lincoln locations sketchy / poor behavior from my understand?) had my car for less time to do more extensive work .I initially asked to opt out of services and was told I couldn’t because “process had started” a month later still didn’t have my car back , truly DO NOT recommendOnce I got my car back I was charged and additional $20 fee (they disclose they charge a fee not the percent or amount or what your charged prior to ), which I didn’t agree to the amount prior to my card being ran. I was told they “warranty their parts” but immediately started having issues with my key fob and seat belt in my car, and was told well the batteries in them die ??♀️(Not only did I / my insurance specifically ask if they would be able to get started on my car immediately vs sitting and they confirmed yes which was not accurate , when I was told documents would be provided as authorization, I explained I was unable to sign them , received no response ,a day and a half later got an email stating “they sent it incorrectly but now it should work “ once I downloaded an app required to sign it ,got zero confirmation it was received)

100% satisfaction I can't say enough about the service received. Honest and loyal, if there is a question, speak directly to the mechanics/people doi g the work, you can't expect the people in the middle answering the phones to know about ALL the things going g o , there plate is full and probably shouldn't need to being that they have a different job title, so if your frustrated they will have someone give you a move detailed response, they are there to facilitate and give general info. Don't get mad, just ask for more info from. Whoever is working the project

Friendly people. They did a fantastic job on our car. It looks better than it did before the accident. Very satisfied. Would definitely return should the need ever arise. Thank you.

My daughter was recently in a car accident and the management and staff of beckstrom Auto body did whatever needed to be done to make sure that the repairs to my daughter's car were done properly and that we were happy with the service..

If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t know how they are GEICO certified. Stopped communicating when they said they would. Didn’t notify us of that they needed insurance to come out an additional two times after the original estimate. Let the insurance walk away without approving anything the second time and sat on this information for two weeks. Went to collect our belongings from it, (after it being there for months) and the dash they told us that was at a dealership…was in the vehicle. How can they not keep track of car parts that belong to them?! We made a deadline due to a military pcs very clear and they had no regard for it. Now we’re moving our entire lives across country with one vehicle. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Had a rear end collision on 10/9. Took it to Beckstrom. They had the vehicle for about 8 weeks. Was told that it will be repaired. Recieved weekly text messages saying that the car is being repaired. The last text about two weeks ago said they where rapping up the repairs. Text messages stopped. Finally, received a call from the other insurance company saying the car will be totalled. Never received notification from Beckstrom. My wife had too contact Beckstrom to go and get items out of the vehicle. The car was still in a disassembled state. I completely understand the insurance problems but based on their text messages from Beckstron, we had no idea they where still waiting for insurance disposition. Don't trust their weekly text messages and recommend talking to them weekly.

When I Googled auto body shops near me, I didn't know the incredible service I would be getting when I decided to get a quote from Beckstrom Body Shop! I was helped by Mason Randall who was kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. My Toyota Corolla had a long scratch on the passenger side door and Mason was kind enough to come check it out in the parking lot, write me up a quote for the parts of the scratch that were down to the metal, but the most impressive service he provided was buffing out the parts of the scratch that were more minor. He even temporarily fixed a piece of the plastic at the front of my car so it wouldn't drag and cause more issues while I was in the process of having my car repaired after it as scratched on accident by a friend. Even though his leg was in a brace, Mason got down on the ground and check out my car for me. I have never experienced this kind of service before and I will absolutely be using Beckstrom Body Shop for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you again Mason!

I dropped my truck off to have some glue removed and some rust on my roof repaired, While my vehicle was in the shop, they wrecked it into a wall. They did not contact me, I only found out a week later because I stopped by to see how its going. I picked it up last week and the windshield was cracked, Here it is a week later and my widshield is not fixed, This is not what I would call good service.

The folks at Beckstrom are awesome! They are extremely fair, minded and do not Do unnecessary repairs. They are an excellent value for the cost.

Beckstrom Body Shop is always busy. There are many reasons why. They go way beyond excellent Customer Service to complete your vehicle’s body work. I was so pleased with the work done on my Subaru. They have been there for us for numerous years and always make our automobiles look fantastic.

Two thumbs WAY WAY UP!! ????Getting in a car wreck is NEVER FUN!!But Beckstrom Body Shop was SO GREAT to work with and made things so simple, smooth and effortless!I called them on a Friday, and was able to get my car in by the THE NEXT TUESDAY!!When I dropped it off they had my rental car there and ready to pick me up. During the whole repair process they kept me up to date as to what was going on—along with my insurance company and the rental car company. This made things SO MUCH EASIER ON ME!!! As I suffer from super high anxiety and several mental disorders. I was able to not have a breakdown because of this car accident.But most of all!!!My car looks FANTASTIC!!They did a fabulous job with the repairs!! I am so super impressed!!!They also guarantee their work for the time that you own your car!!!Which is super bonus!!!I really loved their great customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and ability!!I would recommend Beckstrom Body Shop to anyone and everyone!!!I know I will use them again if I ever need to—but hoping that I don’t!! ?

When our vehicle was damaged by a flying tire on the freeway, Beckstrom was the only repair shop that could get us in that next week. The other shops had at least a six week waiting period. They work 24/7!We were sent bi-weekly texts on the status of the repairs and they always responded quickly if I asked a question. I would definitely use them again.
