I went in prepared to make an insurance claim for my car and the gentleman working asked if he could fix it first before doing so. He was able to fix it making it look brand new without charging me . He saved me a lot of money and I am very grateful for his help. Very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend.

They do I good job it’s just when I got my car back my door was dented and there was house poop in my car and there was also a shaking problem and my car still to this day has air coming in from a gap

I’ve had two cars worked on, and both experiences have been really positive. The office answers the phone quickly and everyone I’ve worked with and talked to has been courteous and helpful. Mason at the Lincoln Ave location was especially helpful by taking care of my car right away and getting me back on the road quickly. 5 stars for sure.

My truck sat for a whole week with no week being done on it. The hold up at the end was bed boots. Those should have been ordered during tear down. Finally get my truck, There is still a dent still in my. Tried to tell the gale, she sad very ignorant “ we fix everything on the work order!!”. Paid my bill and left. Check truck out before leaving, license plate light inoperative. Got to the house the bill says 6 bed bolts, only see 4. Seen two bolts missing in the box, why they removed them I do not know. Guess they filled the holes for a 5th wheel. Notice my camper tie downs were missing the bolts that attached them to the bed. Was checking right front brakes, looked towards the back of the truck, there were a couple of waves in the door where they did their work. Also noticed the bed pads were hanging out. Sure very sloppy work. No quality work. Will not ever go back. Can’t do it right the first time, why screw it up again. 18 Oct 2024

Beckstrom Body Shop is awesome. I have known Jay & Lisa (2nd generation) for over 25 years, Shawn (3rd generation) for over 15, and now Jake (also 3rd generation) for over 3 years. They are great to work with. They are honest and straightforward, and do complete and accurate estimates. They do great body work and paint jobs. They keep me well updated on job progress. I have never been dissatisfied with any job performed. They also are all so pleasant to work with.

Took my vehicle in and was made promises that were completely put to the side. A week repair took a month. Their communication is the worst I've seen, don't expect updates unless you force it out of them. And I told them the issues I knew about, but apparently my words don't mean anything since the strut I told them was bad was never addressed. The car had an alignment, but still pulls to the right. Had the strut been replaced and an alignment done it would have been solved. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company! Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with an auto body shop.

Wow I have used these guys multiple times and never seen the bad work that I had seen on my father's truck today. Now I understand there is a little bad blood between him and them, but the dent that should have been repaired prior to the bad situation was not. With this kind of work I will be looking for a new body shop. It was so noticeable when we first pulled up I asked if he had them fix it he said he did and the bill sheet said it was to be fixed also. With this kind of work makes me wonder what corners they cut on my three vehicles I have had there before. Never have I had such bad customer service either. Now that I will dismiss do to bad blood but with a different person around might want to watch things it could create some bad business.

I had some issues with some of the previous work done and Jacob took great care of my car and saw it all the way through. Jacob had excellent customer service and wanted to make sure that I was happy as a customer.

I chose this place based on my insurance recommendation and the rave reviews but was sorely disappointed. They had my car for weeks, finally called me to pick it up and I was told they still needed one part so I’d have to bring it back which is annoying, but understandable knowing some parts are harder to get.
When I left the shop, I noticed there were two trim pieces missing they didn’t mention. I called, they said they needed pictures (it was super obvious, and frustrating nobody in shop noticed.) Oops, they missed those completely (?!) and now needed to order more parts.
Several weeks later finally take it for the “final” repairs and once again disappointed. There was a filter that had shredded under the broken body parts they replaced, and they just left the filter with shredded pieces still hanging from underneath the fender. Frustrating to say the least. And yes, I could have gone back to make a fuss but I’d already make too many trips to fix their mistakes I just wish it was all done right from the get go.
