I just purchased my dream car from young, and Sawyer was absolutely amazing to work with hands down the best. And without him and the sales manager I wouldn't have been able to make it happen. They treated me as family as soon as I walked through the door. If you need a new car go to Sawyer.

Bought a used car today. It shut down and the engine started smoking within 45 minutes of leaving the dealership. They refuse to do anything about it even though they sold us a car that doesn't work under the pretense that it did.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are not honest about all the costs that come involved with buying the car. They gloss over information and take advantage by making you pay for unnecessary add ons without even letting you know it is an add-on or unnecessary. Shady dealership. Especially Julio, smile in your face while knowing he's getting you for thousands more than necessary. They got me I'll give them that.

Wow what a wonderful place to buy a car. I'm 68 years old and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and I have never been treated so good. Colton is the salesman that made this experience.

Our initial experience with the Young Automotive Group was a positive one. Our sales representative, Sawyer, did an amazing job in finding us the perfect vehicle. However, since then, our experience dealing with Young Automotive has been a nightmare to say the least. As part of our purchase agreement, we made a sizable down payment using our Wells Fargo checking account. Twenty days after we left with our car, I received a call from their local finance manager who told me I had written a bad check and needed to come in and cover the down payment with a cashiers check as soon as possible . I tried to explain there must be a mistake as the funds had already been withdrawn from our account. . But Basically, he treated me like a fraudster. I provided him with documentation showing the check cleared. Then the local GM at Young Automotive called and said that my check had in fact cleared, but my bank took the funds back a week later. He told me Wells Fargo would be returning the funds to my checking account the following Tuesday or Wednesday. None of it made sense to me, so I called Wells Fargo numerous times and each time they verified my check was cleared and posted. His story I would come to find out later was not factual. At this point, I requested proof showing Wells Fargo had declined my check, at which point, they stopped returning my calls and never provided me with any evidence. I was simply left in limbo. They were not paying off the vehicle I traded in or providing plates for my new car. It took reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and making some calls to FINALLY get a call back. Long story short, I was told a senior accountant had attempted to run my check twice and of course the second one declined. So where was my down payment that had cleared and why did it take 25 days for Young Automotive to find it? I guess I will never know the answer to that one. I just can’t believe they would call a customer and put them through all of this without throughly investigating to ensure no errors had occurred on their end. And the offer for all of the stress, phone calls and running around, including having to go to their financial institution to figure out where MY money was….A car wash! The lack of professionalism and customer service was appalling. If your looking for a new car, I would strongly suggest you look at Young’s scores and reviews with the BBB. Buyer beware!

Jake from the sales department is the best ever. He's incredibly thorough, thoughtful, kind, and patient. He helped me look until I found the perfect car and was very understanding the whole time. I've recommended Jake to my whole family and would only want to buy a car through him again! With a great manager like Austin, it's a winning team and I won't go anywhere else for my cars. Thank you to the young used them, and especially to Jake!

We recently (July 2024) bought a car from Young Used Auto. Our relationship started in January 2024 when Colton helped us figure out we did not need to buy a new truck from him. When it was time to get a family car we still shopped around, with Young Used Auto being on the list. They had the EXACT Used car right down to the color I wanted!

We got a car a year ago from this dealership and not even two months later, one of our supposed “new tires” went flat. We came back just recently to have our key fixed because that stopped working as well and although our sales man was there and able to help us, he did not even acknowledge us or try to help solve the problem, we were made to feel stupid about coming in to have our key fixed and after leaving, it is still not fixed. Very disappointed after what we thought was a great experience at first, please find another place to buy a car.
