“The customer service is amazing!! Doug makes every visit into that shop from brakes to turbos exceptional. They work as hard and as fast as they can to make sure you are satisfied and on your way. I went in and got my turbos replaced and one of the fittings from ford kept failing due to a bad design flaw. Doug and Cody would not give my truck back until it was 100% fixed. To make this situation even better I was leaving on vacation that night and unable to pick my truck up in time. they wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied so they delivered my truck to me. I will be using Cody’s Auto for a very long time.”

“A driver ran a red light while I was turning left on a protected arrow hitting my new Mazda CX5 causing significate damage. Valley Collision Ogden demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service in repairing my car. Two thumbs up to Jacob and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff. Jacob bent over backwards to make me happy which is not easy, I’m pretty fussy. He was always of good cheer. Lindsey was always a pleasant and welcoming voice any time I called in. Valley sent out regular texts to let me know my car was on schedule. My car was ready by the estimated completion date. I highly recommend Valley Collision Ogden and will use them again.”

“Someone hit my truck while I was on the freeway. Damaged my entire drivers side. I took it to Alpine where they repaired my truck. I had to get a rental for the time they had it. I thought I would have to call the rental place to keep them posted about my vehicle still being repaired. But I did not have to do it at all. They kept Enterprise updated. Which was great. I got my truck back today, and they did an amazing job repairing my truck. I highly recommend them for your vehicle body repair. I am so happy to have my truck back. Ran over some road debris while passing through and got worried when I noticed something dripping beneath my car. Pulled up and explained the situation and the mechanics had me pull in to the shop immediately and did a thorough visual inspection. Diagnosed two separate non immediate issues, offered to fix the quick & easy of the two and sent me on my way reassured that I’d make it & knowing what to ask about at my next maintenance.
What probably should have been a really stressful and expensive delay, only spent 10 minutes and likely saved me $$$ diagnosing the two other non-related issues.”

“This summer we were traveling to Idaho for a family reunion and my truck broke down on the freeway (overheating/water pump). We were pulling a camp trailer and this was a stressful event for us as our vacation and time with family was threatened. I brought the truck to Brake Time Bob's first thing in the morning the next day and told Bob about our dilemma. It was Friday morning, and I could tell they had a lot of jobs on their schedule. HOWEVER, Bob was so awesome and his team of mechanics was incredible and they got my truck up and running and back on the road. The family vacation was saved! “After rebuilding the transmission in my 03 Dodge, at times it had trouble shifting from 2nd to 1st. The truck would almost push me through a light or stop sign before I could flip it into neutral. I took it back multiple times and Scott worked on trying to figure out what the problem was. He spent a lot of extra time on it and tried really hard. I felt bad having to take it back so many times thinking they should have been able to figure out what they screwed up on by now. I was beginning to think I messed up taking it to Scott. He figured it out, it wasn't the transmission. My transmission control module was bad and wasn't allowing the transmission to down shift. When you have a worn out transmission you don't really need a transmission control module. That was 2 yrs ago and the transmission and truck tow well. Highly recommended”
“These guys are AWESOME. I brought my 2003 Toyota Sequoia in because it was leaking coolant & over heating (the timing belt had broke just before this and was replaced along with the water pump, thermostat, coolant sensor.) They went through it and found two places where it was leaking and fixed them. They’re very friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!”
“I had a fairly simple door adjustment done. We agreed on a price and they made the repair. The repair was done well and quickly on the same day. The service was friendly. The most important thing is the final price was less than the quote. In my experience when the price charged is less than the agreed upon price, you have found a rare and honest gem. I highly recommend old school body shop.”

“I went in for a check engine light for a cylinder 4 misfire. It was diagnosed as an intake valve failure. I have an extended warranty. They submitted a request for both sides of the v8 to have the heads removed. I told them to please resubmit for the side with the known issue so I can get the warranty company to honor the warranty and repair the issue. After 3 weeks, I found out that a 2nd invoice was never submitted. There was a huge lack of communication, and I was never informed of the status. When I went to get the truck picked up after sitting for 3 weeks. Don says oh you did not get them to approve the repair? What? You are the shop, you submit the repair bill, and you never listened to me once about me being willing to supplement for other valve work as found on the repair for cylinder 4. I guess I was too patient, but I left disappointed that what I was asking and saying was not heard. Luckily, I got another shop to take care of the work, and it has now been repaired, and my check engine light is off. And valve is fixed. I had hoped for a better outcome, but didn't happen this time.
Edit: the owner Paul reached out to me and was very genuine in his conversation with me about the experience with the truck and where things fell short. I appreciate his desire to run a good business and seek clarification on issues that could be a tough conversation to have on the phone. Paul was very transparent and was seeking information to try to help avoid future problems that could be similar. Because of this I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The work they do is good and that's why with the engine work they were my first stop to get my truck looked at. Not too many full service engine shops in weber county, so it is nice to have them.”
