“A driver ran a red light while I was turning left on a protected arrow hitting my new Mazda CX5 causing significate damage. Valley Collision Ogden demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service in repairing my car. Two thumbs up to Jacob and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff. Jacob bent over backwards to make me happy which is not easy, I’m pretty fussy. He was always of good cheer. Lindsey was always a pleasant and welcoming voice any time I called in. Valley sent out regular texts to let me know my car was on schedule. My car was ready by the estimated completion date. I highly recommend Valley Collision Ogden and will use them again.”

“Bunch of sweeties work here!I was in an accident middle of January and they took their time and really did a good job on fixing my car.I did have an issue with my car afterwards and I brought it in and they immediately got to work on it and they really went above and beyond for me which I appreciate but by no means did I expect. The customer service here is unmatched.I have always felt very intimidated when it comes to car issues and never did I feel like that by coming here or talking to any of the workers. They kept me updated the whole time as well which I loved. Seriously some of the nicest people work here.My car looks beautiful and is driving so well! 10/10 would recommend them to everyone!”
“Someone hit my truck while I was on the freeway. Damaged my entire drivers side. I took it to Alpine where they repaired my truck. I had to get a rental for the time they had it. I thought I would have to call the rental place to keep them posted about my vehicle still being repaired. But I did not have to do it at all. They kept Enterprise updated. Which was great. I got my truck back today, and they did an amazing job repairing my truck. I highly recommend them for your vehicle body repair. I am so happy to have my truck back. “I had a fairly simple door adjustment done. We agreed on a price and they made the repair. The repair was done well and quickly on the same day. The service was friendly. The most important thing is the final price was less than the quote. In my experience when the price charged is less than the agreed upon price, you have found a rare and honest gem. I highly recommend old school body shop.”

“I would give them 1000 stars if I could!! I had a lot of miracle work that needed to get done on my van and they did an absolutely incredible job restoring and repairing the severe damage on it. Not only was the job done beautifully and affordably but the customer service/care is impeccable and not something I’ve experienced in a while. “TRAILER ISSUES? THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Larry and his two Son's saved my trip! Rolled into this pace on a Saturday morning with tire issues. Larry took the time to listen to our issues and inspected our brakes. After discovering we had larger issues than originally anticipated with our tires, Larry and his two son's decided to help us out even though their service department was closed. These guys were top notch! They were very knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was going on and how the issue was fixed. They jumped right on fixing my trailer without asking for anything! One son went to work on the wheels while the other took care of the brakes. We were operating safely and back on the road in no time! They were the most friendly and caring people we could have asked for! Extremely fair pricing too! THANK YOU LARRY AND SONS!”

Honest and loyal, if there is a question, speak directly to the mechanics/people doi g the work, you can't expect the people in the middle answering the phones to know about ALL the things going g o , there plate is full and probably shouldn't need to being that they have a different job title, so if your frustrated they will have someone give you a move detailed response, they are there to facilitate and give general info. “I was rear-ended and these people took good care of me. They were pretty good with responses and updates, as well as, making sure my car was repaired right. The tail light I needed replaced at first was replaced with a used one that had a small crack in it they didn't notice. Once I brought it to their attention, Jamie was very quick to apologize and fix the problem with a new tail light. Fixed my crooked fender side panel too. Very nice folks, good work, and I loved working with Kathy and Barry. I would recommend based off my service. Insurance covered my cost, but it was all OEM, so the cost was worth it.”
