Your customer service was outstanding however, I feel like these guys could really use some blinds as they were struggling to even be able to see half the time I was wondering if theireyes were closed due to the squinting, it’s pretty brutal

Jorge has always been very helpful. Zarai was great, very thorough with my pre-ordering of the S24 Ultra. I went into the store in a good mood, and exited in an even better mood! I know Jorge reasonably well from our interactions. There's never a dull moment with him, he's a good guy and a good manager. Great store!

I had a problem with my account and did all of the things the online representative told me to do to fix it… Which only made the problem worse. I took my iPhone into the store, and got all the help I needed. Alexandre was patient and thorough, and really helped me out. I would highly recommend going to this location for any account or hardware needs moving forward. This is definitely where I will go, even though there’s a location closer to my home.

The sales people I met in this store have poor people skills. One of the three argued with me about when the second generation IPhone SE was released, as if I care. Then another guy took issue with showing me the different colors of IPhones they have in stock. He acted like I wanted to steal one. It was very awkward and I didn't feel welcome in there at all. Never going back. It's a shame, I was excited not to have to go to Riverdale to buy a phone but ended up having to go anyway.

Called to check on new iPhone availability and when they tried to get me to order it for a month out I said I’ll check elsewhere and the woman hung up on me as I went to ask if any of their other locations had it. There was no “thanks for calling” nothing. Just “click”. I’ll never be going to this store now.

I just wanted to say that their team is fantastic. Manager Jorge is a stand up guy and made the jump to ATT smooth and simple. Plus the team treats up with the up most respect everytime I have been in. Not just a sale and moving on. Love the product as well coming from someone who had xfinity wireless

I'm sorry I cannot remember the young man's name who sold me my phone, im horriblewith names when i have a migrane. But he was honest, and straight forward, everything I expect from a good employee. He even loved our dogs and remembered my friends and her dogs first names. I won't work with anyone but him from now on. Oh and he needs a raise, because anyone who can take care of 5 different people's orders successfully at the same time, while remaining composed, calm, and confident should be promoted to a store manager. I've been in management for 20+years and he is every managers dream employee!!! Thank you again sir!!!

Keltee and Jorge were the best! I was having some serious phone issues and they helped me troubleshoot and then eventually help me get a new phone and set it up properly! Highly recommend this store.

Keltee helped me get a new iPhone 14 pro after i had broke mine at work, prices was super complicated since I had to switch accounts and made her life hard but she was helpful and understanding through the process and was able to keep my bill very close to what it was before which was great!:) thanks again for you help

Jorge, the store manager, was great to work with. Switching from another carrier to AT&T took a lot of work. Thanks to Jorge’s patience and persistence, we were finally able to get everything worked out. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a new carrier or phone to work with Jorge
