These guys did an awesome job.arms moving has moved me along with my brother and my in laws as well. Honestly I must say they did an outstanding job. Actually I was blown away by the way the guys, remained careful with my belongings while keeping a steady pace at the same time.We were originally going to go with a bigger company that was roughly one and a half times the price of arms moving.was At the time (2013) when I chose to hire them to move my 6 bedroom house at the end (bill time) I actually slightly felt like I was getting to much of a discount. we had two trucks and 4 guys the job ended up costing around 1200 dollars. wich actually isn’t bad compared to the cheapest quote I recieved from other well know company’s ranged from 2300, up to 4500 After all was said and done I gave each worker a 50 doller tip and also ordered pizza and soda the final cost was 1400 half of the other guys. By far hands down this is the best money I have ever spent.since then my family has hired arms to relocate us 2 times since then. Every situation was full of motivation integrity, along with hard honest work topped of with a great business experience. I rate them at a 5 star rating and to conclude my rambling on I advise any family hiring professional Help to choose Arms moving this wolf pack of men is Hands Down the best in the business. thanks again. Aaron and The crew your appreciated by my family and I as well.hope to see you at the next move when the time comes

I turly believe many of the high ratings are fake of this company. My family had a difficult time with the owner of this company and he got so angry that he started to break our possisions in his truck. His employees were nice, but the owner is a difficult and dishonest man. At the point we were about to take our items to our new home he told us he wanted to charge more money or he would leave all of our furniture and boxes on the lawn and drive off. We told him that he needed to stick to the contract we agreed to... That's when he started to break things... It was crazy. I don't know what was happening in his personnel life at that time but he sure took it out on us. I would not usual write a rating post but I heard a dear friend used them this last weekend and had a similar situation when they destroyed some of her family keepsakes. If you have items that you want protected... Do Not use this company.

Great pricing and very good service. I see people complaining about being late or taking longer to drive. These people have clearly never driven a large truck full of people's important things. If movers drove as fast as a car they'd damage most of the items, then they'd be complaining saying they drove too fast and should have been driving slower. I've worked for a moving company before and it's extremely hard work and you usually do multiple moves in a day. I've hired more than one moving company myself. I've tried the super high costing company and the company that has reasonable rates. I've only had one company not have anything break and it was ARMS Moving. Even IF something would have been broken I would have been able to replace it and still save money compared to the extremely high costing movers. With moving companies you don't really get what you pay for. The expensive ones might have an expensive logo printed on their brand new truck but the logo and brand new truck don't do the heavy lifting or provide good customer service. For me it's the small things that count like being polite and making sure to put everything exactly where I want it, making sure dirt isn't tracked in and my items are well taken care of. I've found with all moving companies when you treat them like humans and not working grunts by offering them a drink or recommending a break that they work even harder. I get that people work hard for their money but I bet movers work harder. It's just like those people who have never been a server/waiter and only leave 5 dollar tip on a 75 dollar meal. Overall for the money I saved I would never go with another company. The only reason I took the time to write this is because of the unfair reviews and because I was once a mover. As far as the last saying her stuff was taken, well when I was a mover most people gave away a lot of their stuff and if her stuff was stolen why didn't she call the police?

Horrible!! They gave us a bid and then once they had completed the job threw in all of these extra charges that were never told to us in the beginning.
They also started driving away with our personal items stating that we said they could keep them when that was not the case.
Thank heavens my daughter saw our belongings in their car.
Total crooks. I would NEVER use them or refer them to anyone EVER.

I HAD A GREAT MOVING EXPERIENCE WITH ARMS. I CALLED LAST MINUTE TODAY AND SCHEDULED A MOVE AARON SENT A CREW TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 45 MINUTES AND THEY MOVED ME FROM MY ONE BD APARTMENT INTO MY NEW CONDO. THEY ALSO STOPPED AT MY STORAGE AND LOADED ALL MY STUFF FROM THERE AS WELL. ONCE WE GOT TO THE CONDO THEY TOOK THE TIME TO PUT ALL MY THINGS IN THE RIGHT PLACES AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP GET MINE AND MY SONS BEDS ASSEMBLED. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE AS I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH ONLY MY INCOME AND I WAS IMPRESSED WITH AARON HE HELPED ME TO STAY WITHIN MY BUDGET PLUS I GOT ALL THE MOVING DONE IN JUST A FEW HOURS WHICH WOULD HAVE TAKEN DAYS FOR ME TO DO IF I HAD BEEN DOING IT ALONE. AARON WAS VERY POLITE AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CREW WAS ALSO GREAT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE JOB THEY DID TODAY. THANK YOU AGAIN ARMS ILL BE USING YOU ANYTIME I MOVE AND ILL RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Recently used Arms Moving for a move. I had them move my mother and myself from two seperate apartments into one new town home. Arms sent one truck with 3 guys to my mothers home in Draper and sent another truck with 3 guys to my home in West Jordan and moved us to our new town home in Riverton. Mothers move went quick and these guys were very professional and polite they took very good care of all my mothers antique items. My move on the other hand took much longer so once the first team got all of mothers things loaded and unloaded into the new house they sent them to my house to finish loading up the rest of my items. These two teams of gentlemen were awesome they helped us get all of our belongings unloaded and put in the correct places in our home plus helped us get the beds put back together and everything set up. I am so happy for the way things turned out and for such a reasonable price. Thank you gentleman for being so helpful and kind to my mother and I. We will be calling you first anytime we need a hand with the heavy lifting. Thank you again.

Horrible!! I had this company hired to move a piano for me. They did a good job loading it and getting it moved when I needed it. The biggest problem is that on delivery to my house they didn't line the truck up so the ramp was crooked and as the we're unloading the tipped my piano over and busted it. The men delivering it were very apologetic and contacted Aaron the boss right away. They handled the situation as best the could. Aaron contacted me and promised to either get it repaired or pay for the loss of the piano. The movers had it all in writing as well as the verbal contract from Aaron. 2 years later and countless unanswered communications from Aaron I still have not recieved my reimbursement check.

I used this outfit for my residential move from Ogden to SLC in 2014. They did just fine. I recommended them to a friend of mine about five minutes ago and when doing so I looked them up and saw some of these negative reviews, so I decided to weigh in with a different perspective. They were punctual, diligent, clean and careful. What more do you need? The owner of the company (or maybe a manager) called me before the move to confirm the date and time and after the move to insure I had a good experience. The prices were reasonable. I guess I must have really liked them because I used them to help with two of my smaller office move jobs as well.

We chose ARMS moving because of their pricing, and that was a huge mistake. The movers were hours late to the job, they damaged multiple pieces of furniture, and spent two hours longer that the estimated time when they arrived. The owner was dishonest, and very unprofessional when I brought up my concerns.

The price is cheap but you get what you pay for.
The movers were two hours late. We had scheduled the move for 7 am. At 7:30 I called to ask where they were (notice they didn't call me to let me know they were running behind). Jason said they were getting gas and it would be about a half hour after that until they arrived. They didn't show up until just after 9 am.
The guys were really nice, so that was good. That was probably the only plus.
I moved from Sandy to Orem. It took me half an hour to get to my new place. It took them an hour (twice as long). I understand that the truck is a bit slower, but there's no reason it should take an hour to get from Sandy to Orem.
After they were done, Jason wrote out the bill for me. I was to be charged for half of the travel time from their base in Ogden down to my place in Sandy, which was 90 minutes. Again, this just seems pretty slow for early in the morning on Saturday with no traffic, but whatever. He said they would charge me for an hour, and that was half. Well, obviously half of an hour and a half is forty-five minutes, but I just assumed they didn't do fifteen minute increments so I didn't say anything. Nope. Later I visited their website again and they do work with fifteen minute increments. So either Jason can't do basic math, or he just wanted an extra fifteen minutes of pay? Not a huge deal, but kind of weird.
Then they accidentally left my ironing board in the moving truck. I tried reaching out a couple of times to see about getting it back. I was told by Jason it would be returned to me this weekend but here it is Sunday and no word from them, so it's probably gone for good.
Also, I just went to put up a couple of large framed prints, and the guys totally wrapped tape around them, so that stuck to the back paper of the prints and ripped them a little bit.
All in all, they made the move but were pretty unprofessional beneath the surface and still have one of my belongings. Plus, two hours late with no phone call to the customer... Yuck. So annoying, especially when it's so early in the morning.
UPDATE: ARMS reached out to me to resolve my issues with the move. Just over a week ago they said they would send me a check to reimburse me for the extra moving time (due to impossibly slow driving) and for my lost property. It still hasn't come.

I was referred to arms moving by my real estate agent at Remax he told me that arms moving was very reliable and also very well priced. I looked at some of the google reviews and it looked as if they had a few problems a couple of months ago, then I looked on KSL and there were like 65, 5 star reviews so I decided to go with my real estate agents advice. I was so happy I did, they did a great job and my bill was only about 700 dollars and nothing got broke what a great experience. I was so impressed that I decided to share my experience great job guys!!
