I haven't used this location very often. The process of using the video teller felt uncomfortable. The guy who helped me took a long time looking at my information, perhaps trying to verify my identity even though I had my bank card & ID. I'd suppose this process is used for safety, but the customer service was lacking.

Awful customer service encountered with Liberty. I was explaining the problem with my pin and she kept gaslighting me- telling me that I must have forgotten my number so I gave her an example that everytime I put gas, I have to put a PIN number and she raised her voice and became so argumentative telling me that I have not used/plugged in my PIN number for a long when I have used the card punching-in my pin just a couple of weeks ago. She continuously raised her voice and continuously arguing.
What kind of customer service training do you guys conduct with your team members?

This branch used to be very welcoming. But, since the current manager took over i get a vib from the manager and workers that i am a bother to them and wasting their time. This branch is my last resort only if all other branches are closed.
If this branch represented all AFCU i would close my accounts.
I have been a member of this credit union since 1974. I even worked for AFCU for a couple years. I am extremely disappointed with this branch.

Sydni is an amazing young lady. She knows her job very well and because of this saved me thousands of dollars as she caught mistakes on our contract that were fraudulent. Nate is also a phenomenal person as he went above and beyond the call of duty with the same fraudulent contract. We were so impressed that we switched all of our accounts and money to the Riverdale bank

Poor Customer Service, Won't cash their Own Member's Checks even with state Identification, they make a mistake and they blame their customer. They did this twice already. Better credit union at service security., Don't have this issue there. They also said, they cant deposit checks that are not signed because it is against federal regulations. Not true.
