I'm here to tell you that Jared at Smart Buy has saved me from my life of severe anxiety stemming from my bad credit and the horrible cycle I was in of working my tail off and walking or taking the bus everywhere just to never have anything to show for it. My life completely changed for the better the day I met Jared. Not only did he help me get an amazing car but he had a great bankruptcy lawyer referral, very reasonable car insurance lined up, and a financial new beginning process that works just like he explained it would as long as I put in some effort to follow his advice. I go back every 3 to 6 months or so and review and receive new suggestions from him. Jared delivered on every magical word that came from his mouth and I am a customer for life and I'm sending him every person I know who wants an incredibly honest deal on a high quality newer car right away.
I never told him this but I walked into Smart Buy Auto that day hoping to get a "buy here pay here" car loan, with high interest and 2 payments a month. He could've sold me any car at any price and I would have said yes. BUT... He didn't, rather he did the opposite of take advantage of me and treated me like his brother and still does to this day. Please, save yourself a lot of time and anguish and just go talk to Jared. Fill out the credit application on the web site and he will call you and have you go in and Boom!!. Your life will change for the better just like mine has.

To much bad reviews on this car dealership, think a 1000x b4 you guys buy a vehicle here and always check BBB reviews as well.. red flags all over & don’t post new inventory in there web site, the ones you guys see on there website now is a 5 year old inventory hench they are all SOLD..

Called about a few vehicles I was interested in but after exchanging messages back and forward with someone. I never got a reply about what I was inquiring about. Such a lack of unprofessionalism. Didn't realize I had to be in a club, association, group or whatever you want to call it. For a business with a lot of great reviews I wanted to see if they could help me out too bad. Just feel disappointed.

I have had bad experience after bad experience with car dealerships in general. The thing I hate the most is that they are friendly until they pull your credit and know they will have issues getting a deal for you. Not so with Smart Buy Auto. Jared is up front and honest with you. I had a chapter 7 and became of Markosian I had to file a chapter 13. Jared worked closely with me getting me into a reliable car. Other dealerships could only get me a car that was 2016-2017. Jared got me a 2019 and a 2020. His car selections may be limited but I never have had to replace parts on one of his cars after I bought it unless it was a maintenance part. He is trustworthy, honest, helps where he can, and gives great advice on building your credit back up. If I could give him 10 stars I would! I will be a return customer probably for as long as he is in business!!

Jarod at Smart Buy Auto is the best car salesman in Ogden. He went over and beyond to get my daughter into a safe car that she could afford. one that will hold its value for a while. He is very knowledgeable and willing to give guidance to ensure that the customer is getting the best deal possible. I personally wouldn't want to with anyone else. Thank-You very much Jarod!

Sale women kateesha was very snobby and ignorant answersd my questions rudely . I tryed to talk a deal with a vehicle that had bad tires .that would be expensive to replace she told me to get used ones. not happy with the Customer service . And nice review reply I like the twist sorry I wanted to test drive the vehicle longer then 20 min. She knew what time I was off I believethats why she waited for me to get there ?car was 1099 I ask for 9500 out the door

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I went to them in the end of November I wound up getting a 2013 Cadillac SRX which I was informed was the owner's wife's car and the owner would never put his wife and a dangerous car it was more than good to buy I was getting an excellent deal. Two months later on my first oil change and lube we found yellow loogie like substance in the oil cap. The car started losing power. I figured a head fallout was going bad so I tried to flip the car. The car came back as having been totalled it had a salvaged title. So I now owed 9,000$ for a car that was only worth 2500$. So I couldn't get into another vehicle for to me being upside down on this one. I called Christina and let her know what was going on hoping they would make it right. Instead I got tested as though I had some someone wrong. Not to mention after the car was financed she still had me for over six hundred as a down payment. which to find out later was illegal. I have a credit score of 760 they could have easily off made it right yet choose not to. As of may the car no longer runs has a bad transmission and blown head gasket. Thank you adorable car sale for ensuring my grandkids and I got out into a excellent vehicle.
