Advance Auto Parts offers great customer service. They answer the phone without it even ringing, unlike other stores that took 4 rings to answer. They exchange the battery that was bought and went bad, checking out the battery thoroughly and providing a new battery. Customer service was awesome; staff walked around the store, asked what else is needed, and are very helpful. The team is nice and helpful. They have never had a negative experience and are highly recommend over your average Auto part store.
I called auto zone they took 4 rings to answer. I called orileys they took 4 rings to answer as well and this I called advanced and AJ answered the phone without it even ringing one time absolutely great customer service
