The employee here is incredibly rude. Zero customer service. He frequently does not abide by the law of selling products at the advertised price. He is also always on his phone. We will not be back.

Was turned away because workers did not wanna help us! We asked them if they could cook use some hot food and looked at us stupid and then told us we don’t cook after 4am when it was barley 3am and they was just sitting on their phones not wanting to help!!

My less-than-satisfactory experience with this particular 7-11 is focused on the new owner and the manner in which my daughter, single mother of two, was basically fired (let go, for you manager types) when the new owner took over. She is perhaps one in a 1000 employees who actually put her heart into her job and ALWAYS did an outstanding job. Rather than let her go, mr owner/manager, you should promote her and double her pay.You don't see or don't care what happens to the children when their mother loses her job with a less-than-allowed-federally - approved separation pay.Shame on you. You leave a nasty stain on your reputation, 7-11's status in the community and a huge burden for her extended family at this time of year. Way to go. I can only hope others read this and react as well as the bud light scandal, and show their support for the single mothers who desperately need employment.Any volunteers to help her during this time of "adjustment," please contact me.Thank you all who stay regular and actually give a #2 !!!

So let's just say I am not impressed with the 7/11 at all the workers are jerks as a matter of fact I can go as far as saying crackheads you could honestly put this 711 on the you know you're from Ogden if so I was going to get some hot chocolate and use the bathroom and they rudely said that we were not able to use the bathroom because it's not available after 10:00 nobody in the store except for the two workers and so we didn't end up getting hot chocolate and left as we leave 1 worker comes outside and proceeds to look around like she lost her crack pipe so no potty brakes after 10 boys and girls and watch out for the crazy lady -10 stars at best

The staff here go above and beyond for their customers. I was being hassled by an unruly gentleman and they helped me chase the person away.I really appreciate what they did for me.If they are ever out of anything at the front of the store, you can ask and they will make something fresh for you.This location is by far the best in Ogden.

Stopped in to grab some candy and use the restroom advised that they had to tell me no because somebody stole the men's restroom key and then I asked if they could just let me in then and not hand me the key told it was stolen stolen and the only key they had was the women's restroom and they could not allow me to even use that one considering both restrooms are identical sounded to me as if it was just a huge excuse and I feel it was more of a profiling judgment based off of the last statement made towards me saying thank your peers insinuating I was a transit or worse I pulled up in my jeep while door dashing

Pulled in to make a purchase, was stuck on a phone call in my vehicle before entering the establishment. Took longer then expected as it was grandma callin. Didn’t want to be rude and enter talking on the phone. Employee was so kind to tell me how their “policy” did not allow people to be in their parking lot for that long. Kindly put my stuff back on the shelves, will no longer be shopping here. Employees need to understand their boundaries.
