For the most part I have positive experiences here but on numerous occasions they have refused to match their posted prices for Pizza or 2 liters of soda. When I ask them why they aren't matching the posted price, they've responded by just not saying anything, no joke. Pretty bad Customer service.

We have been visiting this location for 3+ years. At first they seemed okay. To say I’m disappointed and furious is an understatement. On July 4th, 2023 morning, I went to buy a couple drinks. I am physically restricted. Heavily restricted, in fact. After ringing me up, I turned around to leave and slipped and fell on the WET FLOOR. this floor was NOT marked and there was NO sign in sight. Nothing to indicate it was wet like a mop or bucket being left out, just a wet floor. All they could manage to do was stare at the FLOOR in disgust as I hobbled myself up and out of their store. I am still dealing with the aftermath of their lack of care and actions.On top of my own issues with them, my S/O went to buy a $5 pack of cigarettes yesterday. The guy at the counter said it wasn’t ringing up, and grabbed a different pack of cigarettes ($11, not $5) and rang that up IN PLACE of the cheap brand. Money is tight on us just like everyone and this employee tried handing him the cheaper pack, even though he made my S/O pay for the $11 pack. He had to explain to the employee that he won’t be taking the cheap pack if he paid for the better one. This is such a joke and honestly. They need to do better. They are careless and extremely rude. They will end up with a lawsuit if they don’t get it together. If I don’t hear back from this review, I’ll be taking further action. This was extremely dangerous and careless to not have a sign indicating a wet floor. The cigarette issue adds fuel to flame.

Star ratings are always relative to expectations. Normally, 4☆ for a 7-Eleven is above expectations, but this was an above and beyond stop for gas on our way home from PC to Idaho. Super nice and jovial owner. He and his staff run a good business and his gas prices are the lowest on Gas buddy.

Don't buy gas here, they lock the bathroom even for paying customers. Slecection of goods is fair.

I don't do any business with 7-11 and this is one very good reason why. I drove by this store this morning. To notice that they decided to price gouge their customers. Over the 4th of July weekend! (How American) The sign had regular unleaded at $5.29 9/10 a gallon. That's what they think of their customers! I go elsewhere.

Eveytime I go in to that store everyone is always so nice and helpful. It is a rough part of town they get alot of the homeless population at that store. And it doesn't bother them at all. I love that about this staff

The employee Robert deserves a raise he helped me out when I was short on a my purchase it was only 44cents and he didn't have to come out of pocket but he did great employee thanks Robert

So this was the worst experience at a 7-eleven I've ever had. I came in to get a couple drinks but I was wary about the soda fountain because sometimes they taste watery and with no flavor. So I tried a couple flavors and liked one of them. I didn't like the mountain dew since it tasted watery and the horchata was the same but I went with something else. I go with one drink instead and head to the mobile checkout confirmation device. I scan it and about to leave when an employee named Taff tells me I drank a half of big gulp of drinks when I only sipped on two flavors for an ounce or two total. He even threatened to call the cops. I asked him a hypothetical if I filled a cup and I think it was watery if he would refund and he said no. I think it's ridiculous to expect customers to drink watery products when we are paying for them. I was a big fan of 7 eleven but I might have to stick with Maverick gas station drinks if that's how they treat customers. If only they changed their soda machine flavors more often. Worst customer service I've had in forever. Oh and just in case I get the generic owner message to go to 7 elevens site and fill out the feedback survey, I did. If I get the same message as the others you know it's a robot. Either way I highly recommend you go to a Maverick gas station or at least go to another 7 eleven location. The one on wall Ave is better I hear.

Went there 2 days in a row for coffee. First day it was about 9 and they had no coffee made. Thoughts was a little late. Next day and hours earlier and no coffee. Only thing they have here is a guy and women not working and talking to each other doing nothing. I told them this was the 2nd day in a row and they are lazy. Never going back to this place.

One of the most ghetto convenience stores I've been to, & I grew up in ABQ of all places so I should know. This place is dirty and gross & employees are nasty with their negativity. The entire store is heavy with negative vibes and sticky floors. Trust me, it'll hit you as soon as you step foot in the door. It smells too, don't know if it was the workers or the bathroom.
