Why is the lawn not mowed.?? The grass (weeds) is at least 10" tall.. unbelievable !! It's a government building. You represent the USA. MOW THAT LAWN !!!

Incompetency at its finest. The package drop key left in my mailbox doesn’t work. My package has been sitting through fluctuating temps for 3 days. Reaching someone via phone is absolutely not possible. I can reach them via email, and wait 3 more business days, while my package sits through the weekend…so I’m now leaving work to drive 40 mins to this location to deliver my own mail.

Employee was very unhelpful. Bad customer service. Said he couldn’t putting my shipping label even for a fee. Went somewhere else.

I have my workers comp check mailed to this p.o box. At first right on time every week. Informed delivery said my check was there and yep! By gally it was there. Then Veterans Day Holiday came around and Informed delivery said it was there, but it wasn't, I went back Friday, Saturday and Sunday still no check. No check for me means no food. Monday I went back and I had to insist he go look at the boxes around mine. He found it. Here we are Thanksgiving. And again no check, no Thanksgiving dinner, I went in, asked him to please look, he disappeared, pretty soon he come back saying he looked everywhere and couldn't find it. But give it a few days.. Mr. Post Master I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, because I haven't. Yes I blame you for not doing your job.

OMFG.I mailed something out days ago and only going to one city above mine.All the other packages were delivered going to other cities out of state...And this one is still missing and hasn't been delivered.Get your act together. If they don't know how to do their jobs, fire them and hire some new ones.And the whole freaking system on usps that is supposed to help filing an issue is a joke.

Excellent Customer Service ~ One man show here. Thank you for all your time and hard work. I appreciated you! Those complaining about a one hour lunch, please enlighten all of us, why you think receiving an hour break is too long?! Remember this location only has 1 employee. So that means they hold their urine until their break. And they have the privilege of dealing with entitled people, like you. If you have a problem with “slow service” “lunch breaks” or “lines” please take your sanctimonious attitude and your precious business to the Bountiful Post Office. They have 3-4 employees to “serve” you. Stop complaining here! Not warranted or deserved.

The post office is underrated. They do a great job at a great price. I wish the government funded them better instead of always cutting their funds.They are an integral service to the country and always have friendly staff.

I love this post office because it isn’t as slammed as the Main Street location in bountiful but please update the hours on the building, there’s numbers missing and I’ve sat here a half hour assuming it was ten and it’s ten thirty

I’ve always had a great experience at this post office. And I’ve been here a ton of times selling stuff on eBay. The postman there are very helpful.
