Update: Johnny was deceiving and is a wolf is sheep's clothing. I would stay clear of him and only deal with Jacob. Lesson learned and Tim Dahle needs to keep an eye on that character. ? Star level dropped. Also, I had a chance to meet the service department and was pleased by the interaction with them.Jacob and Johnny "just a minute " were an amazing sales team. I will never buy from another dealership. Those 2 guys went above and beyond taking care of our wants and needs. I have never been treated so well at a dealership. My only complaint was sitting for nearly 4 hours waiting for finance. That's unacceptable. The manager on duty did offer to treat us to dinner to rectify the situation so that's why I gave 10's across the board. Also, most dealerships prime you for a 5 star review by offering incentives to do so. Tim Dahle did not and would not have had to do this because thier service is way above the rest. Please buy here if you're in the market for a new vehicle and ask for Jacob

I found a car I loved and a couple weeks after owning it the steering wheel was clicking when I turned. I was told when I bought the warranty that everything was covered. We took it to south Towne and started the process with warranty, they diagnosed the steering column and then it was denied and they then told us we needed to take it to bountiful because it was so new. (To me there's your sign that the dealer should have fixed it because it was literally in the shop before a month owning it. We took it to Bountiful and they diagnosed another part and sent it to warranty. It was a PREEXISTING CONDITION so they denied it!!! My husband called the salesman and told him the situation and he said he'd have a manager call....guess what no one called! I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! They were sneaky from the get go!!!

Nissan had an active recall that I was notified about through mail. The notice stated that parts were in stock and that the matter would be fixed within an hour. Unfortunately that was not the case and they had to order the part. The service associate informed me that they would order the part and asked if I could leave the truck. Next day the order arrived, without the piece needed to fix the recall. The part was shipped to the Southtown location, another day delay. The vehicle was finished on Saturday after two days of delays. When the service agent called to inform me it was completed, they did not mention the service center would close at 3. Which meant my arrival of 3:40 was after close and I would not be able to retrieve my car for yet another full day.To say I was disappointed was an understatement in the advertised communication by Nissan Corporate, the time delays, shipment destination mishap and lack of clear communication regarding vehicle pickup.I would like to point out however two associates who were apologetic regarding something out of their control and the professionalism they each displayed. The service manager also reached out to apologize and for constructive feedback. Which is why I’ve given them 3 stars. My hope is that Nissan will more clearly prepare for active recalls and make it a point to support the staff on the ground, doing the repairs. Fielding unhappy customers for something that is out of their control is unfair and unnecessary. If you advertise a repair in less than an hour and that parts are in stock to handle the repair, be true to your word and set your employees up for success.Thank you to the service manager at Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful for seeing a major problem and reaching out to make it right. Your customer service is the reason I will return, in hopes that it won’t happen again.

ZERO STARS.. Please please please DO NOT buy a car from Tim Dahle. It has been the worst experience I have ever had. I found a car that I liked and thought it was a good car at their dealership in Bountiful. I live in Southern Utah and told them I needed a reliable car to drive to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake every couple of weeks for my child's procedures. They assured me this car was a good one and while my baby was at Primary Children's having a procedure, they were pushing me to come in and buy it. They were telling me they would give me a great deal but would never tell me the full "deal" they were offering unless I came in to talk to them.(I should have known then). I left my baby at the hospital with my mom to go to the dealership and talk to them. I emphasized that I needed a GOOD RELIABLE car to make the drive so often. They assured me this was a great car and I trusted them. When you buy a car with them, it comes with 3 oil changes. Within a couple of weeks I noticed if you leave the car running the cab filled with a strong fume smell and it started running a little weird. Before it was time for an oil change I checked the oil and it was low so I had to add oil. I called them to schedule an oil change while I was up there for another procedure and told them it was burning oil. They did the oil change and instead of looking into it burning oil, they told me they would see if it was still happening next time. Of course it was still burning oil so I called them again. I spoke with a sales person who told us to drive up there and they would make it right. I told them our budget and he said they they have 20 cars in that range and that he would find us something new. My husband and I took work off and found a sitter for our kids to drive 3.5 hours to the dealership. When we got there they told us they would give us $2000 trade in for the car they sold us that had problems. We would lose the down payment we put on our car and pretty much the whole value of the car they sold us. They only gave us one car option to test drive and it ended up being thousands of dollars over budget. The same budget that he told us they had 20 cars in. They kept us there for hours listening to lie after lie. It was all a HUGE lie. Everything they said the day I bought my car and everything they told us the day we drove up there was a LIE. They wasted our time and money just to try and get us in the dealership and lie to us. Now I have an unreliable car that I have to add oil to to be able to make it to Primary Children's on a regular basis. Again I will say PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO NOT buy a car from this dealership.

Trust the reviews. If you decide to come and shop her you better be ready for a battle. Think of your stereotypical used car dealership from a move and this is it. Every chance they got they would throw a new fee on, they would rotate between 3 people talking to you, and try to hard close you every 5 minutes. I Took a day off of work, got baby sitters, and drove an hour to look at a truck. After arriving and driving the truck we were told the price of the car listed online is the wholesale price and not the price of the truck… they added on a nearly $2k shop fee as well as $600+ in other dealer fees. When I let them know that I thought it was a low integrity sales approach they pulled out the terms and conditions and scrolled through it for 2 minutes until they found a line saying other fees may apply. The truck truly was awesome and I’m sure it would have been great but I can’t give $30k to a company I can’t trust or respect. Plenty of other dealers around have more integrity and transparency.

Don’t ever buy from this place! We bought a 2015 Red Hyundai Sonata a few years ago and the car has had issues since then. Forever warranty doesn’t mean anything. We actually found a very specific fee (besides all the other hidden fees) after we left the dealership and they said it was a “mistake”. We got a refund because I was very insistent. We honestly wish they could’ve been more transparent with us about pricing but we were lied to. We were very naive and all we wanted was a reliable car but we’re pretty sure we’ve spent over 2k fixing those issues.

Wow, look at all those 5 star reviews. Guess they didn't tack on the $1800 dealer prep or the 3 or 4k extended warranties on these guys. Or, maybe Google reviews can just easily be bought. Yeah, probably that one. These 1 star and these 5 star ratings? These ain't the same customers. No way. No 5 star business has hundreds of 1 star reviews essentially calling the business a criminal enterprise, with eerily similar stories. Just doesn't happen. Check out the yelp reviews. Harder to buy. 1.8 for these jokers. Do not buy here. The 1 star reviews.....are the real reviews.

They will smile the biggest smile and lie through their teeth about what they are selling you. They will lock you in the loan and leave you out to dry on purpose. Do not even think that this is a reputable dealer. They are scam artists and they are very good at it. Pretty sure Jake is still the financial advisor, he's really nice and knows how to spin the truth into whatever gets you to sign on their POS scams on wheels.

These guys are quintessential used car salesmen and I mean that in the worst way possible. They have absolutely zero integrity and will lie out of every orifice possible just to sell you a car. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything unless you enjoy getting screwed!!

I purchased my vehicle at this location almost two years ago, and it has been a great purchase. When it did need a repair, another shop did not do a great job, but Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful did a fantastic job! John, the manager overseeing the repair shop, was absolutely compassionate, he listened to my concerns and he provided superior customer service. He went out of his way to ensure that I felt my car was in good hands and he took my concerns and input on my car serious. While my car was in the shop, he provided me with a vehicle to drive, even met me half way to spare me the gas or any additional worries. His team did a superior job fixing my car and the cost of the repair was also tailored to fit my budget. This type of service and genuine concern and care is so rare these days. I can highly recommend to purchase your car at this particular location and to have your car repaired there as well. GREAT JOB, EVERYONE AT TIM DAHLE BOUNTIFUL!!! John, THANK YOU!!

My recent encounter with Tim Dahle Car Dealership in Bountiful, Utah, has left me deeply disheartened and compelled to share my experience. What should have been a simple car-buying process for my wife and stepdaughter turned into a prolonged and agonizing ordeal. The litany of broken promises, unaddressed issues, and an overall lack of professionalism has left an indelible mark on what should have been an exciting milestone. The Promised Inspection and Failed Delivery:Our journey with Tim Dahle started with the promise of a thorough 162-point inspection for the vehicle my stepdaughter was interested in. This pledge led us to believe that we were making a reliable investment. However, our optimism was short-lived as the dealership held the car for an inexplicable three days to conduct the so-called inspection. Despite this, the vehicle was delivered with glaring issues that cast serious doubts on the dealership's integrity.A Disastrous First Impression:The disappointment was immediate. Shortly after embarking on her maiden drive, my stepdaughter's car began to reveal a string of alarming problems. The left headlight promptly malfunctioned, and the ominous glow of the check engine light raised concerns about the vehicle's overall health. To compound matters, the engine produced an unsettling rough noise, intensifying our unease.A Cascade of Issues:Returning the car to the dealership was a foregone conclusion. However, our ordeal only deepened as the door wouldn't open upon arrival. It was an ironic metaphor for the closed-door treatment we received from the staff. Subsequent inspections unveiled not one, but two engine leaks and the devastating revelation of a blown head gasket. The cost of these repairs reached astronomical heights, far surpassing the vehicle's value itself.A Daughter's Trauma:The emotional toll on my stepdaughter, a first-time car buyer, is immeasurable. Her initial excitement turned into distress and disillusionment as she navigated through this nightmarish experience. This traumatic ordeal has not only tainted her perception of car buying but has also marred what should have been a positive milestone in her life.Unprofessional Treatment and Delayed Resolution:Throughout this harrowing process, what remains most astonishing is the dealership's lack of accountability and empathy. The absence of a loaner car during the repair process was a further blow, amplifying our inconvenience. The constantly shifting dates for vehicle replacement only deepened our sense of betrayal and frustration.A Glimmer of Hope Amidst Despair:Amidst the chaos, it took an astonishing nine visits to the dealership for us to finally arrive at a resolution. A vehicle was eventually found that my stepdaughter felt comfortable with, but this does little to erase the trauma and turmoil we endured. No one should have to endure such an agonizing and drawn-out process to acquire a vehicle. My experience at Tim Dahle Car Dealership in Bountiful, Utah, has left an indelible mark on my perception of car dealerships and their commitment to customer satisfaction. The broken promises, unaddressed issues, and unprofessional treatment have created an ordeal that I wish upon no one, not even my worst enemy. This review serves as a warning to potential customers, urging them to exercise caution and consider alternative options when contemplating Tim Dahle for their car-buying needs.

Got the truck I wanted, simple easy, been to hundreds of dealers and never approved. 600 credit 2k down and got my silverado. Can't speak for anyone else. But they worked hard and gave it their all and didn't give up

Car purchases usually come with a maze of financial steps, but my experience at Tim Dahle Nissan was refreshingly smooth, all thanks to Jake, the finance manager, and the rest of the sales team. Jake took the time to walk me through all my financing options and helped me identify the best solution given my credit rebuilding journey. His educational approach made me feel at ease, and his outgoing and personable nature turned what could have been a painful process into an enjoyable one. We even shared some laughs along the way! Overall, if you're looking for a dealership that delivers top-notch service from sales to financing, look no further than Tim Dahle Nissan. This won't be my last visit!

When I bought my car a year ago. I choose to look at it because the price listed was reasonable. After checking it out and deciding I wanted the car they suddenly added exurbanite fees and such until the total cost of the vehicle was more than double the original asking price. I bought a service plan but when I went to use it it took a long time to get a hold of them and then the service was a challenge. I had come with pre-approval from my lending institution but they refused to look at it and said if I wanted to use that they would charge me another almost $5000. If you are thinking about getting a car from Tim Dahle (any location) think twice and RUN, RUN as fast as you can. You don't get what you think you are getting.
