Does not return phone calls. Policy went up by 40 dollars a month "because everything is getting more expensive" after I've had the same policy for 20+ years without making a claim.

Perfect agent if you hate customer service. Won’t return calls, tells you to text - then won’t respond to texts. This guys straight up SUCKS!!! Don’t waste your time. Transferred all of my policies to Mark Kano’s office. His staff (especially Marjorie) is phenomenal!
