I needed a Yaskawa drive urgently, I couldn't find this part anywhere across the web, even eBay. I spoke with Ryan and Justin and they helped me to find a great match for what I needed. I WILL be using RSP Supply again.

Worst Customer service, they had falsely advertised a product with a price on line i ordered an they called to tell me that i would have to pay $300 more if i wanted the item. SCAMERS...... i will be filing a complaint with BBB and the district attorney.

I recently had to look for some Phoenix Contact power supplies and found RSP Supply, and I can't sing its praises enough! The customer service team is top-notch. Be very careful when ordering parts with the RSP supply.I have ordered a circuit breaker.I paid $195.00 for price they asked. After 10 days when I called them they told me the price of the breaker I have purchased 10 days ago has gone up to $350.00 really!!!!!!And if I want it I have to pay the difference. This is not right to do business like that.they should honor the price they sold it for. I am very disappointed. Not a good place to do business with.

Worst costumer service ever! I made an order, they had the wrong image and description on line, I received something totally different of what I ordered. When I reached out to them, they said that even when the picture and description was wrong on their website they had sent the right item. The manager was disrespectful, he even insulted me. It was a very unprofessional!!!

RSP Supply has come through time and time again. I consistently turn to RSP supply to find the majority of the hardware I need to fabricate control panels. Every time I have reached out to one of the sales associates they get me accurate information, as well as respond promptly if the questions I ask take more time to answer. I would recommend using RSP Supply to anyone who is fed up with lying salesmen and looking for admirable customer service.

Called to get some help on enclosures. Tom was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgable, kind, and seemed to actually care if I got the right product. Very trustworthy. I will definitely use again in the future.
