TERRIBLE customer service. The bot wont give me a person without providing my cell phone # and yet the company doesn't have their address or email available. Then when I ask for a person it says chat is closed. Even though it is 4 hours from their published closing time. All further attempts at chat garnered not response. I wonder what they would do after purchase if they treat people like this trying to place an order. I find this DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE. Oddly it seems like the product I looked at 2 days age have gone up 10%. I wonder if they are pulling that airline business of tracking and raising prices when you come back. No obvious warning about cookies either. I DO NOT trust this company.

Pure junk,,,,the top fitting that holds the sprinkler pop up has thin plastic spokes, which after a few months in the sun weaken and snap off when the sprinkler pops up. So far every one of the dozen heads I bought have failed i the same manner. And I only run the pump at 40 psi. Dont waste your time with these, buty Rain Bird or KRain heads only

Purchased brass impact 3/4" sprinkler on tripod for $89.99 from Tractor Supply in June 2023. The leg connection broke in July 2023. I called Tractor Supply and they directed me to Orbit Warranty. A robot conversation promised to send a code to my phone that would allow me to order a new one from Orbit. Now November and no text message. I've sent 4 requests through their robot, 3 requests for Customer Care to call me back and nothing. Will NEVER purchase Orbit products again. Waste of my time. Tractor Supply continues to avoid my calls.

Horrible Customer Service! I bought a set of Orbit Flood Sensors. The batteries need replacement. I checked their FAW on how to replace the battery. Say to insert a screwdriver in the opening slot and turn 90 degrees. No pics, no video. There are 2 slots. I have tried BOTH slots and just about destroyed the unit since metal screwdriver is destroying the plastic.I emailed then and got a response that the email is no longer accepting email. Says to call or text. I call and tell my story and get put on hold for 15+ minutes and give up. So, I try texting them. 3 Days and no response at all.You would think something this simple would be simple. Or maybe they could post a video to show how to do this. I’ve bough a lot of Orbit products in my life but I’ll avoid them now.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The products are awful. They break or go defective within months. Customer service is awful. The Customer reps do not know what they're talking about. They talk to you as if they're on drugs and are totally useless. Run from this company do not walk and do not buy any of their products.

I've left messages for their customer support team to call me back now from more than 10 days. I've sent an email, two emails to Mitch Lord, one of the most senior guys with the corporation, and no response I've decided to go with Hunter brand across the board within our core business. And I recommend that everybody else do the same.

Not having an email address where I can submit a question to be answered when the get back into the office is poor customer service. Poor excuse "coming soon" makes me wonder how long that's been there.

2 Bhyve wifi sprinkler in 2 years. They just stop working after 1 year. Called customer support 12 times in the last 48 hours. They promise a call back in 30 minutes then hang up on you. Still haven't gotten a call back. Never buying another orbit product ever again

This company is becoming a monolith joke. I bought the Orbit 21005 B-hyve Bluetooth Hose Faucet Timer, GRAY But then realized in the b-hyve app itself, when you go to My B-hyve | Devices | Plus Sign to Add a device at the bottom | This is a new device You'll get that list of devices you need to choose that you intend to add. You'll see in that list a "Gen 2 Hose Faucet Timer" (SEE MY ATTACHED PHOTO) which appears to be a newer version of "Hose Faucet Timer". But you can't find that Gen 2 anywhere! If there is no Gen 2 why is it listed here? I wanted to find out because if there is, obviously I'd want the newer version. But this Gen 2 is not on their website! So I called CS to explain this to them. Their CS kept going on about "yes we have a gen 2, but it's the wifi hub". I kept saying I know what that is, I have that Gen 2 hub, I'm talking about what your App is showing me, which is an option to add a Gen 2 Faucet Timer, I'M AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE HUB. I said what is that Gen 2 faucet because I can't find it anywhere, even on your site! so is it discontinued? Did you once have this product and then now you don't? And if you did have this product and do not, why the heck is it still showing up in the b-hyve app as a device you can choose to activate?!! CS: I don't have that information. You can add your device, it will recognize it. Me: Again that's not what I'm talking about!!!! You are not listening to me. Do you even have the app so you can open it yourself and I can guide you to the image I'm seeing for this Gen 2 device? CS: no sorry sir, we don't have that app Me: then you can't help me at all, this is pointless. Can I send you the image via email? CS: no sorry, there's no way to send us an email Me: so how the heck are you supposed to help answer my simple question here? CS: sorry sir, you'll have to call our warranty dept, call the 800 number or use our Chat online Me: I tried using your chat and I keep getting this stupid Bot response in chat that says "Hm, that doesn't look quite right. Please try again." whenever I try typing something in chat CS: I don't know, just try chat another time Me: can't you find out what's wrong with Chat for us? It's not working, can you escalate the chat bug? CS: sorry sir we can't do that Me: what the heck CAN you do? You're Customer Service, but you can't do anything? I call the number again, this time choosing the warranty option. I get a "we only have warranty requests done online". In other words you can't get a "warranty CS" person! So I ultimately got nowhere trying to find out what happened if anything to this Gen 2 Hose Faucet. I was trying to decide whether to return this product (Gen 1) or not. Now I'm not sure wtf to do. This company is a joke. I have their other timers with the interface, works fine. But I'm very hesitant to even use this timer, the one without the interface due to their App showing an Old Gen 2 that apparently doesn't exist, and seeing the reviews for the Gen 1 on amazon saying this particular faucet loses connection and doesn't close properly when it's off. Who the heck keeps a product selection in a mobile app that doesn't exist! They can't even take care of their own app! And CS has no clue wtf I'm talking about and there's now way to communicate this to their CS by sending pics!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a few items and they claimed it was a large order, was for a tiny front lawn and only ordered a few heads. Then there customer service could not help with any of my questions or concerns. This company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction as all others have stated and expressed same issues with none being resolved.

Had a B Hyve Sprinkler System installed and it works fantastic. Replaced an outdated system and couldn’t be happier. Great product!

I've purchased and installed first a 12 Station Controller and subsequently a Hose Bib Timer. After two very painful installations both products seem to work well but in both cases the written instructions were poor to incorrect leading to problems including 8 separate calls to Orbit support, several of which were disconnected before completion. Some details: 12 Station controller: 1) The is no mounting template or specified mounting dimensions. So in order to mount it as a replacement I had make measurements from the actual unit 2) The cable label is misaligned with the cable connector and the connector is devoid of markings, such as the three ground terminals. As a result I had to count several times before I marked the three ground terminals which then made installing wires in appropriate connectors achievable. 3) The sparse instructions imply they are push-in to connect the wires to the terminal. They are screw terminals 4) The terminal tool provided has a spade head, the terminals are Phillips head, which makes stripping more likely. 5) As received the connector terminals are very tightly screwed in, so much so that the pop when first releasing - it would have been so much easier if they were shipped open 6) The instructions advise stripping 1/2 inch of insulation but the connector appears to only accept about 3/8-inch. Even at that strip length the receptacle poorly accepts wires. 7) The instructions advise photographing the wires of your old installation. This is not sufficient and I advise labeling each wire as u disconnect them from an old controller. Hose Bib Controller and Application: 1) The written instructions incorrectly tell you to power on the two components separately; this is incorrect and it took a call to find this out 2) Adding the Hose Bib Controller wiped out the connection between the B-Hyve App and the 12 Station Controller. Apparently the only way to reconnect is to reset it which wipes out the program. 3) Manually reentering the program exposed a number of deficiencies in the app, mainly it was very inconsistent in saving material. Too many times I'd save a setting and find that it hadn't saved. ON THE WHOLE THE PAIN OF INSTALLATION IS NOT WORTH IT
