“Today, I wrote with trepidation a poor review. However, a Dash representative contacted me and was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make things right.

Dash offered to complete the service tomorrow, at no charge. I accepted the service and declined the "no charge". I am happy to pay for a valuable service. AND I can honestly say I love house call car maintenance. It is the best! Dash acknowledged the error and apologized. I accepted and we are back to being best friends again!!

“Really great service, they did a transmission on our sequoia which were on national back order, which I confirmed by calling multiple Toyota Parts departments. Somehow they were able to get one in a week and get it installed.

They also did a starter on the same car about 11 months later.

“Amazing service and best price around. I called at 2:30 in the afternoon and Vanessa answered. I was right down the street getting loaded. I asked about the tire for my step deck and was amazed to find that the price was under HALF what another place was going to charge me!!! I asked if they had availability to get me in and there was no wait. Pulled in, checked in, where I met Luis. We walked out, he showed me which bag to come in and that was that. I raised the axle to make it easier and faster for them ?? work smarter, not harder!!! I pulled in at 2:45 and they were done with it and I was back on the road in under an hour. Luis and Vanessa took some time to give me price quotes on my other tires as well and answer questions I had… I will absolutely be returning here to have my semi taken care of by this crew!!”

“Was able to get ahold of a corporate team member through the warehouse, regarding an issue I had at a specific location. Jimmy went above and beyond to listen to my concern, investigate, and resolve it. Really appreciated his attention and responsiveness.”

“The service and staff were excellent and they got my vehicle taken care of fairly quickly. I would definitely go there again.

However....The waiting area needs some work. The chairs here are some of the most uncomfortable, squeaky hunks of metal I've ever had the displease of sitting in. I tried sitting there with my laptop (There are no tables) but it was so bad that after just a few minutes I just stood up and worked a bit from the main counter while the work was being done. Those things need to go.

I came back with my other vehicle and unfortunately those same horrific chairs are still here in the waiting room. I like the service here, but will taking my business to a place where I can actually sit for 45 minutes while my vehicle is being serviced.”
