MedQuest processed the same order multiple times and wouldn’t remove the additional charges that were on hold. Had a total of approximately $1000.00 on hold in my account. I was told to contact my bank which I did. The bank said it is the person who sent the charges that needs to remove them. MedQuest would not remove the charges and said, I’d have to wait and see what happens for a few days, meanwhile $1000.00 is on hold from my bank.

Dave the Pharmacy Tech was absolutely rude and wouldn't listen and/or explain to me why he was sending my refill request to an unknown Dr for the refill I was requesting, he then he hung up in me. I was not able to get back through or receive a call back.Not impressive with your customer service. I have had great service until Dave came along.

I'm amazed at how service-oriented MedQuest-a compounding pharmacy is. The quality of their products allows my patients to get excellent levels with their compounded medications. All of my patients I have asked have ONLY had good things about MedQuest's service and mail order capabilities.

Medquest had been unable to get my prescription delivered. Horrible customer service. When asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on hold for five minutes and never allowed to be connected to supervisor. Agent told me they would not refund since they had sent the medication out and it would need to be destroyed. What!? I never received it. NEVER WILL USE THEM AGSIN

I love MedQuest. I have been ordering medicine for over three years. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Every time they have updated their services (such as when they released their app), life was made easier for me. Nothing was complicated and everything worked. I received my medicines quickly and promptly. I truly am a happy, happy customer and would recommend MedQuest to anyone who has to have medications.
