I go to this pharmacy because is convenient for me . But the ladies in this pharmacy (all of them but specifically the young ones) have a very bad attitude. I give them my ID that way they stop asking questions but they still ask the questions like daye of birth or address. Sometimes i feel I am not welcome here . Bad experience after bad experience and one of my prescription is a little expensive but they always flag that and tell me the medication is expensive and they make me feel uncomfortable because i have never ever ask them for a discount or something. I got the money to afford my prescriptions I dont know why they think I cant afford my medications . And you can’t complain because they dont wear the name badge right so you cant read it .

we love their cookies and bakery items!! we also enjoy their fresh made breakfast burritos but they’re always sold out of them; lees, make more breakfast burritos please!!!

It only takes one time. Live right next door to this store. Every single time I've went in I had a very awesome experience. With the exception of today. Today, two employees ruined lees for me forever. I went to the deli counter to order lunch like ur done so many times previously. Placed an order that was on the everyday menu. Was told it's a Saturday special. When I pointed at the menu and explained what it stated. One employee walked away not wanting to deal with me and the other started to play stupid and laugh. It was clear both employees were high like Cheech and Chong, and couldn't care less about being at work and serving customers. I immediately called out the employees saying I was no longer interested and it was their attitude and carelessness that turned me off. I told them to quit playing dumb and that it looked so un professional. They just kept laughing at me. Two imbeciles ruined the reputation of all the wonderful employees at one location and set back the progress so many other great employees worked hard for. Lees is falling from its grace when they begin to higher careless people like this. I'm so sorry I have to leave lees. But I don't do business that way. Consumers are not to be taken advantage of.

Getting really frustrated with the competency of this pharmacy. Called earlier to day to check and see if my Rxs has been filled. One hadn't, but they assured me they had it in stock and would have it ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick them up several hours later, and it STILL wasn't filled. They didn't have it in stock, didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me that, and they offered no apology. Just astounds me how bad customer service is getting.

These people went above and beyond for me. I was looking for an antibiotic that was on backorder everywhere. Lee's had it and called the original pharmacy where the doctor had called it in and got it sent over. The first pharmacy was non-responsive and they had to call a few times to get it taken care of while I was there but they did it. It meant the world! Thank you!

Lee's feels like home. I love shopping here. We lived in Logan for a few years and loved it there. I missed it when we moved. Then it came to Heber where my in laws lived and I was excited to shop there sometimes. But THEN I moved again and now the NSL location is so close to my house and I love grocery shopping again! I know this sounds silly, but I get irrationally angry when I can't find the things I'm looking for. My kids know we don't shop at Smiths if we can help it be has nothing makes sense and I can't find what I want. But Lee's makes sense and when I can't find something there is always someone to help. They will even order things to keep in stock for you. I asked for a specific pasta years ago and a few weeks later they had it. They still carry it now! I love the deli and the bakery. Everyone is kind and helpful and everything tastes good. I love the meat department that prepares delicious meals I can take he and cook with no prep. They also always have time to help me find the right type of protein for my meal and are always so kind and happy! I love the man who always tells customers about the good deals or what's coming up on sale. Last year I was told he personally bought holiday treats for the kids so they could have something more than just a candy. He wanted it to be more festive! He makes shopping there feel like home. As do all the friendly employees. And speak of the treats, my kids love finding Buddy and claiming their treat. My 3 year old is shy and usually won't talk to the people at the service desk, but the last few times she was brave and told them where she found Buddy! Oh, and I can't forget the holiday decor aisle. The cutest stuff! It's just all the little details that make this store great!

Lee's Marketplace is more than a grocery store! I went to Lee's with a pretty big group of friends after hearing that the coffee shop inside was good. Despite being in a large group, we were all able to find seating upstairs. The staff treated us with kindness, and the coffee was great! Highly recommend going to Lee's not only to grocery shop but also to hang out.

Customer service in the evenings is hard to get. Only one checkout stand and sometimes zero. I've been going. Since they opened. Hard to accept the changes.

Lee's Pharmacy is really nice and pleasant staff to to talk to. They're really quick on getting your orders out I would command anyone that took time to even go out of their way to go to the pharmacy.
