Dishonest about the quality of vehicle, I would never get a vehicle through them

I went here with the expectations of test driving a car that was reasonably priced. However upon initial inspection of the vehicle, it had a strong odor of Marijuana. The sales manager asked that I return the following day with the explanation the car would be ozoned with a machine, and a enzyme. I returned the following day after packing up the whole family for the test drive. The car had not been treated, and not one person had called to tell me that it hadn't been done due to running out of the enzyme. I traveled from northern weber country. Travel time there, and back home was lost. Not an apology from anyone on the lot.

Unprofessional customer service. Long wait times to even be talked to when you get there. And sold me a car that was in terrible mechanic condition without stating or warning of conditions

They are very dishonest, I called in on a vehicle and drove 40 min to see it, by the time I arrived they uped price on the vehicle by 1,000 dollars. They said had just got the car, but it had been listed for over a week. It also falsely advertised miles and color. Don't list a car unless ready to sell! They blantenly falsely advertise your vehicles. Despite these red flags i stilled looked at the car and found that the car had a bad gash in the tire and you could see the inner lining which extremely unsafe. When I told them about it, they said it wasn't a problem. They are terrible to even let someone test drive a car like that. Someone could get seriously hurt or cause a fatal accident. And if you want to see how they treat customers. Read their replies to people. They show no concern or remorse. They down play people's concerns. Don't Trust Them!

After researching the internet and zeroing in on a group of cars that seemed to match our criteria I found that 6 of them were at Incredible Auto Sales. I went with the usual intimidation feelings that exist in typical purchase a used car situations. I met with Franklyn and was impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness. It became quickly obvious that he was very honest and open, and that he was concerned about our needs as well as those of his firm. The 2009 car naturally had a few shortcomings which he was quick to address. We were able to resolve all of them and maintain a fair price. He was wonderful to deal with. Likewise with the lady who wrote up the paperwork to finish the deal. All in all it was a very positive, win win situation. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone we hear of that wants to be served with fairness and respect.

The worst car purchasing experience of my life. So rude and unprofessional. They don't know anything about the cars they're selling, and really only want you to finance through their awful financing options. Do not buy here.
