This is the worst Fedex facility that I have encountered. My packages sit in the facility for days on end for seemingly no reason. On multiple occasions my delivery has been delayed due to a “failed delivery attempt,” yet no one is attempting to deliver. Customer service is unhelpful and not even worth calling.
If you have the choice in your shipping provider pick ANYONE but Fedex. DHL, OnTrac, UPS, USPS and Amazon never give me any issues, but I ALWAYS have problems with Fedex.

Every time the tracking updates to north salt lake I know it’s going to be delayed. This has been going on for YEARS. Whoever is in charge of this site needs to be fired. Last 15 deliveries have been delayed for “operational issues” & it’s not just one day late but multiple days late. There is no reason to pay for rush shipping it literally still doesn’t get here.

they don't like to do their job when it comes to packages that go to the overlook at sunset point apartments. waited outside and tried to wave down and chase my fedex driver only for him to give me a 1 finger salute before driving off with my catfood and litter. marked as Delivery exception

Stayed at home all day yesterday waiting for a packet that was supposed to arrive between 9:30-1:40 pm. At 1:30 pm they switched to “before evening”. And they never even came close to my home. Driver then lied about attempted delivery and wrong address. Both are lies.

This place is like a slave labor prison. My husband worked there for 3-4 months and they are probably the worst in terms of HR, worker experience, and they push their workers with no air conditioning as hard as they can.

Took the day off because I was given a delivery tome of 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. At around 3:17 PM I see it was changed to tried to deliver but no one was home. I've been waiting all day for this and it is now changed to delivery on Monday sadly I work until Friday and can't change it because Fed Ex says Walmart has to change it and Walmart says they can't do anything until Monday when they miss the second delivery. One of the worst experiences with logistics. The driver is a lying POS and my ring doorbell only shows Amazon making a delivery around that time also I wasn't left a door tag. Screw this driver.

I would give -1000 stars if I could. Such a joke!!! I am trying to get a package from wayfair and the lady just told me it could be damaged but she doesn’t know. Try back tomorrow. I have called every day I don’t even care how annoying I am at this point. It’s been 3 weeks people!!!

Working at FedEx is actually pretty great. Wonderful management, great work environment, and they focus a ton on the safety of the employees. The delivery drivers are hired from independent companies though, which sucks because I've read so many stories about poor customer service in regard to deliveries. I wish FedEx would get their own delivery team like Amazon. I love working there, but I will never have a package shipped through FedEx.

Nobody has come to my door. Yet somehow my packages could not be delivered. They are marked no signature required. All they need to do is leave stuff at my door, instead it will be going back to the shipper.
Btw customer service won't provide any solutions, unless your the shipper, how does that make sense?
This is not the only time I've had issues with this location. I just wish they could drop it off at the post office.

Horrible service. Showed delivery on Tuesday at the facility for my area. Next update will deliver today between 1:00am to 1pm. Next update package delayed barcode damaged. Next update sending back to sender. The label has my address and they are sending me updates. Instead of delivering the package they send it back and delay it by a week. No steps in with a brain to just deliver it.

Tracking ID: 777471491639 - Driver lied about second delivery attempt. FedEx tag with authorized signature was posted on the exterior door and we were home.
