If I could give less I would. They lost my package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and won’t update my at all about it. I’ve had to call in several times to get any information at all. Avoid this place if you can, worst experience I’ve ever had with shipping.

Apparently my “express package” decided to take a vacation across America because I haven’t seen it and it was expected this week. Absolutely ridiculous. And with this amount of negative reviews you’d think the issue would be solved by now.
