Today, I wrote with trepidation a poor review. However, a Dash representative contacted me and was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make things right.
Dash offered to complete the service tomorrow, at no charge. I accepted the service and declined the "no charge". I am happy to pay for a valuable service. AND I can honestly say I love house call car maintenance. It is the best! Dash acknowledged the error and apologized. I accepted and we are back to being best friends again!!

We live next door to someone who used Dash service last Thursday. They parked their Dash Van in front of our house while they serviced our neighbor's car. When the Dash employee left, he spilled black oil on our curb and gutter and splashed oil on the road in front of our home. He did not clean it up. We have tried to call (the mailbox is Full). We Finally (via text) made contact and got an apology. They sent someone to our home who did a reasonable job cleaning up their oil spill. While it is not perfect, we very much appreciate the integrity of these people. They tried to make it right.

This was so convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and they were done in half an hour. It was cheaper and so much faster than the last time I went to a shop for an oil change

Awful driver, license plate says oildash. Cutting people off on the freeway, weaving in and out of traffic, speeding, tailgating, merging in Gore area. Definitely dashing somewhere

The convenience of having them come to you is the service that you're paying for. Could I do an oil change myself, absolutely, would it be cheaper, absolutely. But I chose to pay for the convenience of having them come to me and provide the service. It is pretty comparable to going to a shop somewhere, but it was nice to be able to have them do it while I am working rather than take up a half day on Saturday just sitting somewhere for a shop to do it. it was our first time using dash, they came out to change the oil in my gmc duramax and wife’s Subaru acent. The service took exactly one hour for both cars, and only required 3 minutes of my time so I was able to get my kids breakfast and work from home all while getting my oil changed. The tech Thomas was a great kid and good to work with!We just signed up for the subscription service because it’s so convenient and simple!Service: Oil change

Was trying to get an oil change for our RV before the first trip of the year. Called our usual provider and could not even get a call back for days.Contacted Dash, and told them about my situation. They were super responsive, and found a way for them to get to me the next morning. They went above and beyond and provided excellent service. Most places I called just said no because it’s too big, but Dash came to my house and made it happen at a great price. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.Service: Oil change

I found Dash through Instagram & I am so happy that I came across their business! I’m a working mom with two little kids, and sometimes it’s hard to fit time into my schedule to do simple things, like an oil change. The fact that they came to my house & changed my oil so quickly and efficiently was just what I needed! Honestly sounded too good to be true. But Dash was incredibly helpful and responsive. They made things so easy and seemed to go above and beyond what other companies tend to do. Id love to see Dash expand their services and footprint because it was the best oil change experience I've ever had.
