I would like to offer a positive review on Gilbert Herrera. He was so helpful when I went in this morning. I was so impressed with his ability to provide outstanding costumer services. He went above and beyond his assigned duties. I needed to replace my key fob battery, my engine air filter and my AC filter and he showed me how to do everything. Showed me videos from youtube, came outside to my car and walked me through everything I needed to do. Allowed me to use his tools. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitively will be coming back for my vehicle needs becuase of the great positive interactions with Gilbert.

My husband I were test driving cars to buy around that area and Gilbert helped us read the codes on all of them. He gave us really good advice and pointed out many things for us to keep in mind during our search, and pointed out things he noticed with the cars we were testing. He saved us a lot of time and money by helping us out. Thank you Gilbert!

I have been shopping here for a couple of years since I moved into the area. I went with Autozone over O’Reilly because their rewards point system is a lot better and also I feel like they usually carry more options on certain parts. Autozone carries Liqui-Moly products which I like and have been using for years. I must admit that the service has usually been better in the mornings than in the evenings, but I feel like that’s normal with all business. I will continue shopping here for my auto needs.

"I had a problem with the new alternator I purchased, as it was not functioning properly. However, Christian at the North Salt Lake Redwood store provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me. He worked tirelessly to get me a new alternator and made sure that I was back on the road without any issues. I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work, and wanted to express my gratitude for all that he did."

We called ahead to confirm they had a part. The guy said yes, and we told him we are on our way to get it. We show up and the young dude that we talked to on the phone tonight, and he was sitting down with no part ready. He searched for 10 min or more, it seemed, and kept asking us for the part number. Finally he goes and gets the other guy that was in the back working (named Joseph) and then the young dude just comes back to the front and sits down and plays on his phone the whole time while Joseph did his job. I just have to say to the first guy, "Why are u even working here? And to the boss, you should give Joseph a raise for his amazing work abilities and customer service ? ? 5 stars for Joseph and 1 star for the young guy pretnding to work tonight
