“Just created new accounts for my brother and I. The bank/ branch was really well organised. Our banker Mr. Andrew Williams was a delight to interact with. Although we were internationals opening a US bank account for the first time, he made us feel at ease and interacted with us throughout the process; understanding our requirement, explaining the options, helping us make wise decisions and choose the best options. Also loved the personal interactions that really enhanced our visit and experience today. 10/10 would recommend this bank and branch and would return here for my other banking needs.”

Follow me?Any-who, it's a good spot to be rebuilding and adding things like gas stations that we always need.Price wise I couldn't tell you whether it compares to what price point of surrounding gas stations but I do know that it's brand new so that makes it shiny and interesting.”
“This keybank location is right by city creek mall. It's very nice.I got lucky and a nice employee named Casey helped me set up a new checking account.Casey even got me some new customer promo deals. So far everything is going good. I'm happy I chose this location. They are even nice to me when I call them on the phone.I'll return to this location for my banking in the future.”
“I was really surprised how fast and good the service online phone and in person were. All three were wonderful and very nice people helped me and answered all my questions !”
“I check in around 3:00 in the morning and the guy in the intercom is super nice to tell me if im priority load he would let me in, but since im not i can re-checkin at 5:00, then he let me park on the driveway. At 5:00 he let me in and went to available dock, chock wheels and go to the door by the side of the dock, press intercom botton and they let u in, theres a place for the bills and leave it there, wait to get unloaded and once turn green go back to pickup your load. Done here without me seeing anyone, until i get back to my truck to exit ?”

8th Ave &, C St E, Salt Lake City“Why are there so many negative reviews?Let me start off that I didn't have your typical experience. I walked into the bank to get coins and well they only had two people working. 1 person who would open accounts and the 2nd person who was the branch manager, Linda. So I walked in and there is no bank teller. Turns out there was an emergency and they were shorthanded. Linda lets me know she can help me but I just have to go outside to the ATMs (which there are like 4 of them btw, so never a wait) and withdrawal cash to bring back in where she can swap me for the coins. Not your ideal experience right, but I was okay with it because you know what life happens. Linda was super great and tried to help people as much as possible. The person behind me came in to deposit a check and she helped show them how to do so at the ATM. Linda was super kind and apologetic. Some people that walked in weren't happy, but again we all have life happen and Linda was helping as much as possible. The guy who helps you with opening accounts was on a call too. I had never walked into that branch before, but while I didn't have an ideal experience, it was a good one for the situation.”

2001 S State St, Salt Lake City“Each time I enter Mountain America, I'm greeted warmly. I ask where I should go for a certain type of Credit Union questions? They don't have to ask you a bunch of questions about your needs. They either tell you to sign in and sit in this area or tell you to wait in a short line in the evening hours. They have a lot of tellers to wait on people, so the line is fast and not a problem. They always ask if there is anything else they may help you with. They are on the second floor of the building, but they are wheelchair friendly. I've had people ask if I need help, and I don't use a wheelchair! The ATM is just inside their doors. There are at least 3 lines for the drive up just behind the building with two entrances/exits to the parking and the Drive ups.”
