I have delivered here twice now they have a few grumpy people but other than that they're really cool I asked him if I could spend the night or to reset my log because I was out of hours and they won't let you park on the street around here and the gentleman told me to park on the dirt the unloading was quick they were real nice I give this place five stars

I worked here a few years ago. The employees are great. The owners... They had us pick through moldy produce and repackage it before sending it out like it was good. I'd avoid buying produce here.

Unloader super rude, tried to put another driver ahead of me and accused me of parking to get ahead of him even when the unloader wasn't even here. Sign says out of service on the dock unreadable in the dark and there is a big sign that says drivers call the number which I did. Made a big issue out of it and even asked the other driver who made it there first, which he said I did .. were delivering to you we don't need to put down or belittled because we can't see a sign in the dark. Since I can't reply back... what would the professional thing to do? I would assume could have said the dock was out of service and when the next truck moves move to that dock... not continue on about why did I dock in wrong place.. and then try to tell me that I cut the guy that was behind me. And then went to go ask someone else if I cut them.. and my co driver had similar experience with the same person.

Great receiver, took our driver the day before his 3 AM delivery since he made it before they close at noon. Plenty of room for backing and employees are all nice and professional

Updated review:Based on all the other great Google reviews, and the urgent need of finding a new place to buy produce in bulk, I decided to give one final try. I spoke with Dave on the phone and this time I was helped immediately. He spent some time going through the stock on hand and patiently explained to me how the process works if I want to get my produce pre-cut. On the pickup day, the owner himself came out to meet me and apologized for the frustrations caused. I was Mind you, I am not their big restaurant customers that order a ton of stuff - I ordered less than $50 in total, so I was pleasantly surprised when the owner came to talk to me. It really shows that he cares about his customers. I got a box of strawberries from him as his apology, and I thought it was a nice gesture.The zucchinis are nice and fresh, and the strawberries are wonderful. I am impressed by how eager they want to fix something that went wrong and make sure it doesn’t happen in the future. We are humans and we all make mistakes. It’s what happens after that counts. Needless to say that I’ll be happily buying from them in the future.Original review:I am not exaggerating this. I spoke with three different people on the phone (three different occasaions, several weeks in between) asking for a product list. Each time I was promised to receive the list within several hours. Disappointed every single time. I double checked with them to confirm my email address. Still nothing. How hard is it for a business to send over a list of its products and follow through with the promise?

magnificent establishment. i may be biased due to my last name, but the review that says “the clarks are very inconsiderate” is quite frankly, laughable.the expectations of employees are high, because the bosses believe in and expect the best from the individuals they hire. “they don’t give you time for improvement” well, if your actions go against company policy or standards, and you don’t change the actions, there is no evidence of effort to improve.the owners sacrifice their lives outside of work because a satisfied customer is the first priority. excellent customer service.10/10 would recommend.
