Came in today to have a fee removed from my account, the teller put little to no effort to help and told me I was stuck with it. Called customer service on my way out of the bank who took care of it easily & immediately. Not sure why the teller didn’t want to help but glad customer service came in clutch!

Didn't appreciate the way I was treated. I came in an hour and a half before close. I didn't know I needed an appointment to open children's bank accounts. I was going to set up an appointment but wow Natalie could have told me without being so rude about it. The other teller was very kind hence the 2 stars.

I've used ZB for years for my business and have had nothing but great experiences. They were on the ball and incredibly helpful for the PPP loans for Covid and have come through for me with every other thing that I have asked. I'm glad I have them in my corner and plan on staying for years to come.

Natalie @ the North Ogden branch has been so helpful and cheerful. Natalie helped us set up some business accounts and she always goes above and beyond. Natalie needs to be a branch manager, rest assured the branch would be in excellent hands and would definitely deliver on the customer experience. YOU can always tell managers that have there stuff together, Thanks Natalie for all that you do and who you are, your awesome!!!Also shout out to Brittany the teller, she is friendly, patient and made me feel confident with her depositing money into our accounts.Thanks Cody & JoAnna

Went in to open an account and the banker that opens accounts was on lunch left at 1 pm and not to return until 3pm must be nice to have a 2 hour lunch break. Lost a customer on that one.
