Very rude pharmacy personnel. My husband, who is not a combined, was told to come back to get his in 15 minutes and it wasn’t ready for 45 minutes. No clientele were coming and going. She lied to her supervising manager about how long she said to wait. This type of thing had been ongoing for years. Enough is enough. He changed the place he gets his prescriptions. We won’t be back!

I filled 2 prescriptions recently and when i got home, I realized that each prescription was 10 pills short. When I called to report this, I was treated terribly by the pharmacy staff. They insisted that I was in error and wouldn't even consider that they may have made a mistake. I have used Walgreens for over 10 years, but will NEVER again use this location . They are dishonest, unprofessional, and ignorant. This was the Syracuse location

I use to think this pharmacy was decent until I tried to fill my 4 year old daughters medication and because it was an hour before closing time the techs hung the phone up in my wife and then me three times

This Walgreens has tried to charge me up to 500% more on my prescriptions more times than I can count. If you talk to 3 different people on 3 different days you will get 3 different prices for the same prescription you've got for years from them. Then they get rude and tell you they don't make the prices. They are lying GANGSTERS that try to take advantage of senior citizens on social security benefits. They don't care about anyone but themselves!

Ordered store delivery before 7pm. Am sick so did not want to expose anyone else. Order confirmation went through with delivery confirmation. Got a text saying order received. An hour later got text saying order delayed. That the last text received. I have called the customer service number multiple times to only be told order being filled and be delivered soon. How is that happening when store NOW closed???? I reached out to the store itself and at first Cole told me they don't do delivery. Then when looked up my order he told me someone was going to bring to me. Well...store closed half hour ago and NO order...ridiculous....
If you don't do online delivery any more (have ordered same way before), then update your site...

This Walgreens location never stays open consistently! They are always adjusting hours or closing early.
The pharmacy is consistently slow and understaffed as well. We've been burned by this location enough times that we've now transferred our prescriptions across the street to the Smiths pharmacy. Walgreens really needs to step it up.

Spent 15 minutes waiting on hold for the pharmacy to answer to have them hang up on me. Service has always been sub par at best. Would recommend using just about any other pharmacy if possible.

This pharmacy is a joke. Prescription is never actually ready. Rude staff. Came to get pain meds for my boyfriend who just had surgery and was told to come back in four hours, just to fill 14 pills. They close wherever they feel like and sometimes just don't have a pharmacist at all. DON'T COME HERE.

Don't go to Walgreens Pharmacy in No. Ogden!!! They are the worst. Just awful service. They always give you Partial scripts so you have to go back. If I could give them 0 Stars I would. The Pharmacist is so rude to customers & the Techs are not only rude they don't know how to help with anything. I wouldn't recommend Walgreens North Ogden to anyone. Go to Lee's it's only a couple blocks away & they care about their customers. Walgreens doesn't give a ??about YOU or your FAMILY or your Health. F Walgreens!!!!!!!!

I totally get that the insurance system was hacked. My insurance company told me there is a form that needs to be filled out with the pharmacy. A 30 day supply will be done.So I called Walgreens back they told me they don't have a form. I asked if other pharmacys Do The pharmacist told me to call around. Seriously?!?! Please tell me why your pharmacy doesn't have the form. It's not my job to figure out your company. People need theirmeds.

I had a great experience shopping this Walgreens. I do DoorDash, and some orders are more difficult to pick than others. When I got stuck on a few items, the staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. They helped me find everything I needed, so the order was a great success. They were knowledgeable about the products and where to find them, which signicantly cut down my shopping time. My experience with this store was great.
