I have no idea why they have such a low review. They have always been so nice and helpful. Even when an employee was grumpy, I asked if they were okay and it flipped a switch and she was then so sweet.

The pharmacist guy there is not a nice person at all. He is very snotty over the phone and sounds like he hates his job and hates people. He sounds like this all the time. I feel bad for the people who have to work with him.

Garbage pharmacy, literally had to switch to Walmart that's how bad it was, they can't get dates right.. Has absolutely no customer care/service at the desk.. Super unprofessional team of workers... Maybe Alil extra training wouldn't/couldn't hurt as you have no where to go but up anyways so...

They never have the RX ready when I pick up or they are out until they order Mr more, but they never call to advise before hand…..also they are so slow at the counter.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. The associate who waited on me was so rude, because I was asking a few questions about using a coupon. She said she already ran it through my insurance and was bugged that she had to do it over. Even the woman next in line apologized to me for how awful the associate was to me. We used to go to CVS, but no longer had insurance so we tried Walgreens when we finally got new insurance. We have new insurance now so we’ll be going back to CVS or even HealthMart for sure!

5 and 6 closing on weekends is ridiculous!! If smiths pharmacy is open later than you are there's a problem!! Give me a break!! Lame!!

Some minor issues, but the pharmacy staff is friendly. They seem busy most of the time so you have to wait. Would appreciate longer weekend hours, closing at 5pm is a bit early. Waiting until 9am is a long time when you have an emergency and need to pick up your Rx.

The pharmacy I used for about 20 years closed so I had prescriptions sent to this place. I waited a hour and a half. I asked a lady named Ashley the locations of other pharmacies near by because I didn't like the service at Walgreens. She shrugged her shoulders as to say she didn't care. I would give 0 stars but to write a comment they get one. You know service is bad when the employees don't care if potential customers are lost due to their poor service and manners. I recommend using one of the other near by pharmacies. You may be treated as a valued customer. I will travel across town to the CVS pharmacy.
