“My dog was nearly killed being hit by a car. Dr. Shupe and his team had our pup in surgery about 15 minutes later. Dr. Shoop is very experienced and very knowledgeable. Had answers for us and took as much time as we needed to get through the painful process. Prices were reasonable and fair. Thank you Coldwater animal Hospital.”

“Dr. David Linsley, the veterinarian at Ben Lomond Animal Clinic, is professional, knowledgeable, current on latest research (ie. vaccines- even shared a copy of the studies showing what canine vaccine frequency should really be), practical, and straightforward. This clinic has served our pets for 23 + years! We also benefitted from the service of his father before him:-))No receptionist or appointments (except for surgeries-call for appt.), you are seen 'next'. We bring treats or puzzles to keep our big beasts occupied. If you want top notch, affordable care, Dr. David Linsley will make sure to take care of your pet's needs.”

“I inherited a dog that I need to learn a lot about, and thanks to Dr. Henderson I now know more about caring for cocker spaniels. She took the time to notice things and explain so that I could consider options for his care and didn’t judge me for ignorance (like, the fact that his paws are discolored is a sign of licking.. likely due to allergies, that his ear problems could be related to allergies, etc). Thank you so much for your time and patience!”

“The vet has done a good job taking care of my 21-year-old cat. I thought I’d have to put him down more recently but I was told Mr. Cat has more miles left in him.I also checked him in for a week while I went on vacay. I asked them for a few extra services while I was out. The supervisor was honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My cat has lived this long with the good doc’s advice. I plan on bringing more pets here in the future.”

“This vet is very compassionate and allowed me some alone time with my pit bull that needed to be put to sleep due to losing the use of his back legs. They also gave me full details about what to expect throughout the process. I was able to get his remains in a beautiful cedar box and some momentos to keep him alive in my life. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a compassionate, understanding, full service vet.”

“Dr. Palmer and the staff here are phenomenal....I really can't say enough nice things! They always have my pets best interest at heart, and that's why they recommend or require blood work before procedures, even dental cleaning. They recently cleaned by Goldens teeth and Tuckers smile had never been so bright! I have 3 dogs, and I won't take them anywhere else. When end of life services are needed for my elderly dog, I'm so assured to know that Dr Palmer will come to my home and help him over the bridge. Amazing people.”

“The Vetrinarian saw me today on a walk in-first come first served basis. Wait wasn't too long, even with 5 clients ahead of me. He showed me how to treat my dogs scabby ear. He is more than fair with his prices. Not fancy, no receptionist or billing person. This guy does it all, and keeps it moving along. He is a real hero, helping animals.”

“I have never had a single bad or even just "okay" experience with them; whether over the phone or in-person, it's always been great and I 100% trust them with my pets. Staff is always kind and professional. They all seem to be happy and compassionate employees. I never really wait once I'm checked in. I was shopping for a place to neuter my dog and felt nervous due to certain risks associated to any surgical procedures, and Animal Care West was the only place I truly felt confident and at peace, and I called MANY vets and had done quite a bit of research before deciding to go with them. Love their team and they seem to have a great culture. Highly recommend.”

“Years ago my beloved horse became sick with something now called “pigeon fever”. He had a severe case that went on for 2 yrs. Scott tried everything he could think of and was constantly having to remove abcesses the size of baseballs, full of pus from Blitz’s chest. He tried every antibiotic and procedure only to have it come back after the treatment. Scott NEVER gave up. Eventually he called California where they were having many cases. (Blitz was only the 2nd in Utah). He gave him a course of Rafampin (a drug used on human TB patients) that would penetrate the abscess walls so that the heavy antibiotics could get in and do their job. The cost of a horse dose for that long was $2,000. Scott got it for $800.00. Scott never gave up-even when I almost did. I’ve had many horses in my life, but Blitz was that one-the one I connected with in every way. We had A bond that was unbelievable. I didn’t use the reins-we just read each other. I had 23 beautiful yrs with him thanks to Scott Taylor’s dedication to finding a way. His kindness, brilliance, and care are phenomenal. Best vet ever and a great human being. I will never forget his determination to fix my beautiful black beauty for me.”

“If you care about your pets you WILL only take them here!!!Dr Ellis and Sherry are the most genuine people you will ever meet!!They truly care about our pet children and have always made sure we’re all taken care of. They saved our cats life and she stayed in their care for almost a week. All while I received frequent text messages through the day and the night with updates on my girl. She had blood transfusions and had to undergo another surgery to repair internal bleeding from the previous surgery performed by a different agency. Our most recent experience was with our senior dog. Dr ellis did all she could to ensure our dog had the best chance at having a good quality of life and followed us and checked up on us for about three months. Sherry and Dr Ellis allowed us to bring two of our kids with us, gave us Oreos to feed our girl… allowed us plenty of time to spend with her. When the time came for us to say our final goodbyes Dr Ellis and Sherry were so gentle with our girl. Dr Ellis and Sherry genuinely understand and are always supportive and caring! My family and I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I will certainly continue taking our animals to them!!We are forever grateful for you Dr Ellis and Sherry and all of the amazing staff at Millcreek Animal Hospital! Thank you soooo much again!!”

“Dr. Talbot has taken care of my various fur kids for about two decades- he is knowledgeable and has true empathy for his animal patients. He has an incredible medical understanding for the best remedy for an illness or injury, coupled with understanding animals as they age. He was so gentle and thorough with his assessment of my fragile geriatric dog, and was very patient with me as a concerned, but nervous dog mom. I think he is a compassionate & skilled medical provider. I highly recommend Dr. Talbot.”

“I've been bringing my pets here since 2001. They cared for my cat during his entire 19 years, helped me diagnose and find specialist treatment for my dog with bone cancer, and have treated my several other furry family members for various injuries and illnesses, as well as vaccinations and wellness checks. The staff and doctors are compassionate, kind, and honest, even when the news isn't what I want to hear and even on the worst days when it's time to say goodbye. They love animals, and it shows. I've moved some distance away since my first visit, but the drive is worth it.”

“We traveled 3 1/2 hours to an emergency vet to an emergency vet that was gonna charge us 6000 dollars to have a surgery done. Borrett animal hospital quoted us 1500-2000 dollars for that same surgery and immediately got our baby in considering the circumstances. They are extremely kind and actually care about the well being of your fur baby. We will be making the 3 1/2 hour drive to this vet any time our baby needs it.”

“The staff was very friendly and efficient. The Dr. put my fears at ease and explained my dogs needs to me in terms I could understand. He was concerned about my dogs comfort and health and did not try to rush me into any decisions I could not afford.”

“We have taken many pets to brookside, and have always had a good experience. We had a rescue that can't be in a crate or she freaks out, so when she was spayed brookside let me sit with her until she was sedated and they were ready to take her to surgery, it was very kind and kept her from being stressed out, they are quite expensive though, ihad to get my dog in for a scar on his head that was swelling and had started bleeding, so I really didn't think it was something that could wait , so they got me in on an "emergency " visit, $81 dollars extra for that,, but when I got there 1 person was the and just leaving not one other person was waiting and not one person came in the entire time I was there, so... I don't think they had to squeeze us in, so just to look at his head and give him antibiotics $160 (higher prices is why only 4 stars), so they are more expensive than some, but they are very good, Dr Henderson did surgery on my baby's head and he's doing really good and everyone was very nice and very sweet with my pup, and the stitches she put in were perfect, not one came undone, and he played super ruff like he always does , she did a great job on him.”
