Ultimate is not the word I would use to describe this wash.
The spinning side brushes hit my vehicle so hard that it tore the painted rubber trim off of BOTH SIDES of my rear quarter panels. Because of this they can no longer be attached via the factory clips. This has not been a problem at any other wash I’ve visited in the state.
I understand you waive liability when entering a wash but this was very disappointing. I will not be returning to any Ulitmate Express locations.

$40 monthly pass for this new, modern car wash is a great deal. Highly recommend this car wash. ?

Had some oily food leak onto our rental car’s trunk mat that we couldn’t get out with soap and water. Took it here for pressure washing, and the stain and smell came out in 5 minutes. Super friendly and efficient service!

I love the car wash, but their hours suck so I have to go elsewhere! 7pm??? In the summer? Who wants to be out in the blazing heat of the day cleaning their car? You should at least be open until 9pm in the summer! Then, closed Sunday. Many, many of us working mom's like to clean our car on Sunday and it's the only day I can! Guess I'll have to start using the one on 2700 N! Sad!

I had my car ripped up at this car wash, and to no reimbursement. I cannot say enough negative things about this business, terrible customer service (not from the teenagers, they’re fine). DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO REMAIN INTACT.
